@ViCustomerCare Hi VI, really disheartened by your repeated VAS auto activation services. Last time the same happened for which i had to req for DND and today again my balance got deducted for some stupid VAS offers🙏😭 or else port will the last option.

@ViCustomerCare I was not able to call customer care because there is no easy option to reach there on 198. Once I did, they pick up and put my call aside, carried on with their work. I can show you recording if yiu want to. Can I get help here?

@ViCustomerCare Very painful service, my mobile Outgoing and data stopped. 2 times sim changed but daily your Service representatives response that your problem will be resolved today but problem not resolved till now. Pls look into matter #Vodafone
