    @VodafoneIN neither the internet is working well, I pay for 4G but not even getting 3G in a very decent way. If you are not able to provide with good service, just tell me I will change again.

    @VodafoneIN hello, 9453882500 is my number and I currently reside in Jammu. Having so much trouble in the connection, that not even able to call my home. I changed my carrier to voda for for better service. Help resolve the issue.

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI Hello! Callertunes will be activated on your number within 15 minutes. This service is valid till 01-12-2019 and a 90 days rental of Rs.99 has been deducted. from whose approval/consent u r activating vas services

    @ViCustomerCare you have pathetic service, it’s been 7 days now. My sim showing no signal at all whereas I had requested the duplicate sim & the issue is still the same. You provided me with such the worst experience ever with your service for what purpose you will be doing so.

    @VodafoneIN calls are not getting connected, internet is not working. What the hell I am paying you guys for. Pls pack your stuff from this place and leave if you can’t provide with the basic network and internet.

    @VodafoneIN even after repeated complaints you guys are not able to resolve my issue. Admit it straight away that you guys cannot provide service worth the money you charge .!! Deeply disappointed by you guys. Now looking for new carriers to port.

    @DoT_India Is samchar sarathi built to help the customer or just another website/app to meet the telecom compliance ? I have raised a complaint for spam SMS/call. Provided the screen shot as well. @ViCustomerCare responded stating that they can't act bcoz there was no trace.

    @ViCustomerCare My vi sim automatically stopped working. No external damage, no warning. Vi store says that old sims stop working after a few years. Shouldn't there be a warning for the users? Especially in today's age when most of the accounts including banking depend on phones?

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Team, My Vi number has been deactivated and is showing "Number Invalid". Due to a medical condition, I was unable to use my phone or manage recharges for a long period. I have now recovered, but I am still unable to move easily due to my health issues.

    The support from @ViCustomerCare amazed me today. I have been on and off Vodafone user since 2008 but it was never my primary number as the customer care was very poor up until few years ago. But now I can see that they have totally revamped their customer service and it’s way better than @JioCare or @Airtel_Presence . I raised an issue yesterday night and they started working on it immediately. By today evening, my concern was resolved. Less than 24 hours!!! Airtel customer care used to be best in class but now it’s just formality. Jio never learned a thing or two about customer support. But Vi has came a long way and right now best in class.👍🏻
