    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I have ported out my number. Your customer service and standards have dropped. Just like how calls drop on your network! Despite being on the top plan RedX, it was just impossible to get good service from you. You shamelessly bill us despite no network and no data

If this indeed was of such importance to VI, maybe the security lapses wouldn't occur in the first place. Details of customer requests accessible to scammers and frauds!

    @ViCustomerCare what the hell is wrong with you all . Since morning i am not able to make calls, the phone is not connecting nor the voice is clear. The network bar is full then also..will have to port to Airtel really fed up..

    @ViCustomerCare I am encountering terrible phone service. The calls don't connect. Even when they connect the calls drop. It's been the same recurring issue with your network

    My Vi number (previously Vodafone) number gets repeatedly activated with caller tune services – something I have never opted. It's getting annoying and I'm considering switching to a different telecom operator. Thieves! @ViCustomerCare
