@ViCustomerCare Dear Sir @akshayamoondra & @ViCustomerCare I did a ₹799 recharge for 84 days but only got 77 days validity. Customer care did not resolve my issue. Your Customer Supp and Social Media Team said You make payment before and then check the Offer.

@ViCustomerCare Dear @ViCustomerCare As You Told No Issue Observed. Can You Please Tell me how you can make payment before looking at the details of any recharge. All the details are already available like Validity 84 Days. 1.5 GB per day. Then you make payment.

@ViCustomerCare Sir, I have two Vodafone Idea connections. One is recharged and the service of the other is stopped. I have an exam for which the OTP has to come on the mobile number whose service is stopped. Please start the service for a day.
