@VodafoneIN today visited your Saharanpur chokh store, and had worst experience. Staff is incompetent that they don't know the procedure of changing stolen SIM or they were making fool of customer . Very rude staff .

The most pathetic network of India is Idea Vodafone . No network coverage , very slow internet and if u raise complaint no one is bothered to even listen to it. But u will get calls form idea customer care for pending bills @Idea @VodafoneIN

@VodafoneIN visited to vodafone store saharanpur dehradun to get SIM in place of stolan SIM . Your staff at store gave every possible acssue to not help . Pathetic

Multiple SRs were raised from my side between 13th Jan to till date, but no solution. One of them is #MNG-VO1181944769. Can you at least provide some information on the resolution??
