  @VodafoneIN Worst experience. Forget about Internet even simple calling is hard to make .These guys are so irresponsible. @airtelindia was far better. I think it's time to port again.

  @ViCustomerCare As shared on call, I won’t be deleting the post until I receive the sim that I paid for. You’ve advertised delivery in 24 hrs on your website and on call you said that it will take 72 hrs, which is false advertising. On top of that, your customer care executives only knows Hindi

  I did not make any payment for the First Recharge (FRC) because, at the time of porting, the retailer informed me that I would receive one month of unlimited recharge free as a porting benefit. Therefore, I was not asked to make any payment. However, my services are still not working and your system shows that the FRC is pending.   Hello @ViCustomerCare I applied for port out request. Your customer care firstly declined saying it is family plan and when I delinked the other phone number via VI app as separate connection, it has been pending for over two weeks. Why should I pay bill despite not using?

  Hey .. yesterday i recharged on my number with 349rs..as my sim was not in use since so many days so I recharged but my sim is not showing network..my money was deducted @ViCustomerCare
