    @VodafoneIN Worst experience. Forget about Internet even simple calling is hard to make .These guys are so irresponsible. @airtelindia was far better. I think it's time to port again.

    @ViCustomerCare raised an eSIM request yesterday and till now I haven’t received the QR code on mail. And all messages got blocked due to this. Worst service.

    @ViCustomerCare Have paid bills and still cut off services. Showed proof of payment on chat as well. Now I have to visit store and chase this in mid of medical situation at my home. VI has caused me tremendous stress and trouble. Appalling service!

    @ViCustomerCare Concern is that I am forced to listen to covid caller tune for full 30 secs since last july about unlock. Its getying very irritating not having a option to skip that. Numerous complaints on 123 has been resolved. So asking @TRAI to help. Every other tele com co gives skip option

    @schengalvarayan @ViCustomerCare I’ve using Vodafone >12yrs but i am porting out too. The essence of Vf of having super strong network is not anymore. Hope Vf would realise this and improve quality than attempting to gain volume share.
