    @VodafoneIN I am suffering from your network problem...in my location @kotdwara Vodafone network is in issue..Nowadays due to #corona lockdown. I am working from home but I am in depression about your @VodafoneIN services.. Solve this as soon possible.

    @ViCustomerCare FINAL WARNING:This level of service is absolutely unacceptable! My internet has been painfully slow for over a month despite repeated complaints.For the past week,even calling has been a problem. I complained again 5 days ago and was promised a fix within 4 days.

    Updated gem from @ViCustomerCare Got a call asking if I wanted a new number or keep the same number after converting to postpaid. I said I don't want to convert to postpaid. I just need a new SIM. Guy says they can't do that. It can only be postpaid. I said I have paid for a plan until July 2027. Why would I want postpaid? So he told me to call 199. Already have. No way to talk to a human. He said he'll tell somebody to call me. Nobody did. So he can't help me, unless I want to waste my plan and pay for the more expensive postpaid. So basically, a prepaid card can't be replaced/upgraded to 5G in Vi? Giving it a couple of days before approaching a consumer court.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi @ViCustomerCare We want you presence in this location Basava Colony, Belagavi, Karnataka, 590010 is the pin code. You don't have good coverage in this location. Come to this place. Willing to port to your network from @airtelindia as they are charging too much now days.

    @ViCustomerCare After multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment as instructed, my postpaid to prepaid request is still unresolved. Constantly being redirected with no solution. Losing trust—moving to another network now. #CustomerExperience
