@ViCustomerCare Got the call from VI Social Media Team, Asked what exactly issue facing. Explained in detail but the person who called not ready to accept that there is problem or issue in VI and started arguing on it. Apart from that not ready to take complaint as well. This is what VI is

@ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1 I am fed up with your fooling of customers and your Engineers are not technically sound enough. I am opting out from VI and decided to port my all numbers to a stable network. I am highly dissatisfied with the service/resolution provided by VI.
