  @ViCustomerCare I generally recharge with 49 rupees plan to keep my SIM card active, not sure suddenly for the plan and other plans which comes under 100 rupees "OG Messages" are removed. I am really dissatisfied with your service.

  @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar @TRAI Mr Ravinder Takkar, surprise to see the way UR company has been handling my issue. been 15 days no resolution. old complaint id is closed without resolution & new opened everytime I contact to check status. is this the way you guys show that the company get resolved in time ?
