    @ViCustomerCare I did follow all the steps suggested but didn’t get any fruitful results. We have almost 50-60 people they all were using Vodafone earlier. But they all are facing same problems! Please fix this ASAP. We have to think other options to even move out to take calls and internet

    @ViCustomerCare bad network 1 on going calls gets disconnected 2. Always coverage problem 3. Bad customer service not solve problems 4. Soon going to port my all vi network to another company

    @ViCustomerCare Why ur network gives high ping while playing games as compare to other network. 200+ ping is unplayable. And there is no solution. I want to tell everyone if u love playing games, never switch to vi. The ****** sim i ever used. Dropping it out sorry throwing it.
