    @ViCustomerCare Your services in #Goa were clearly down yesterday due to the cyclone, which was perfectly understandable. However, when I asked if they were down, this was denied and I was told to check my phone/SIM. There's no harm in admitting that something is wrong, you know.

    My phone was lost on Saturday I.e 15 may and I have also blocked my lost sim and issued new sim at the same time from the vi store sonipat. But till now my new sim is not activated. Please give me the resolution asap. My vodaphone no. Is 88813025773. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare 66rs. deducted from my number by automatic VAS caller tune. Wtf. When will you guess stop looting people like this. I never recharge with big amount due to this issue. Vi is cheater.
