They just want to cover up on their nonsensical service. And our govt controllers are just forwarding to relevant depts with no action.

    @Idea @VodafoneIN I applied 4 port out 4m @airtelindia on last 18apr. got a call 4m idea-voda executive with good offer & saying as I have postpaid so wl b ported in 6-7 hrs. Bt it got ported today. Nw am out f my home netwrk I can’t verify. am stuck pls help @TRAI @TOIGurgaon

    @VodafoneIN @narendramodi @Secretary_DoT @DoT_India @VodafoneUK @Idea @idea_cares @aajtak @IndianExpress @TOIMumbai Vodafone seems to be cheating. There should be a inquiry in all the complaints. Billing issues, service issues,etc. Even PM had talked of dropped calls issue but no action.

    Very poor voice and data connectivity in Greater Noida West on my mobile number which is running since 2011 till date, so tou have any solution for the better connectivity in our area for Vodafone, else I need to switch to other MNO operators @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare suddenly no access to data. Vi app does not show the pack validity. Shows 0.00 MB data left. Customer care lady tells me she cant access my information and asks me to call back after 4 hours. This seems to be intentional. Vi really sucks!

    @ViCustomerCare I am@not sure why do you charge extra money every month though I have free allowed GB available.Every month when I call to customer service they say that you don’t have to pay extra money next month. Pissed off.
