    2/2 @TRAI to pay Rs 500 approx which I paid amd asked them to terminate the phone number, they sent me a demand letter again in Feb and the same issue happened now in October they have sent me a demand letter again @VodafoneIN I am tired of this.

    @Wasimkh110 @ViCustomerCare @wasimkh110 make sure to keep a tab on your main balance and look out for suspicious SMS. These might have great network but they are scammer, VAS will get activated on it own and your balance will get drained.

    I'm a postpaid user of VI. Total 6 Connections of VI i'm having. Monthly @ViCustomerCare charged very high amount for their worst service. Vi added so many VAS from their side and charged it on customers. You charged so much but at least give some service. Hight disappointed.

    They just apologised every time i called for complaints. No network coverage even in Bangalore IT city. Call drop, no Data speed. It's everywhere, not at a particular location. There is no attempt to solve this issue. @ViCustomerCare at least learn something from @JioCare.

    @ViCustomerCare It's really frustrating, how your services are. That's for sure I'm never gonna recommend someone to use Vodafone now. Even after complaining, no action. If you can't deliver then there are better service network, I wont mind adding one of the same. Please proceed cancellation
