Excellent customer care by @VodafoneIN . No response to service issue, Complained all levels but no one bothered. They are bothered abt payment, for this poor service they expect the customer to pay on time If not charging penalty & Barring connection as well. Great going Voda

@VodafoneIN why now a days your network getting worse than @airtel in my place (Chennai), in my resident area airtel was not working properly nd only vodafone & jio was working well,so i have merge from aitel to vodafone. 1yrs was good & from few weeks the network is worse signal

@ViCustomerCare We stopped giving Internet plans to our team members with your sims last year due to poor connectivity. Now team members are not even able to make & receive calls on Vi due to poor connectivity.. Should we switch to another network ? Or you are going to fix it
