    @ViCustomerCare it's very unfortunate to see VI is cheating their customer. Past 1 year my VI bill was around 550 only. And on 13th I have given the opt out Request to VI and the final bill that's from 15th April - 14th May shows as 1250 which is ever highest. I'm take it to TRAI

    @VodafoneIN There are other people living with me using airtel and jio. They dont face any issue. And @VodafoneIN brags with same reply thinking people are stupid.

    Dear Customer, this is to inform you that a rental amount of Rs.99 has been deducted towards International Roaming rental for 30 days. @VodafoneIN .. dear kindly send me abroad and then deduct the charges. Chennai is international City from Non Indians .. not for its resident

    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone, My apologies for Choosing your Net work. I am getting the worst ever service from Vodafone for a few months. I am cheated once agin by subscribing to the red x Plan (999), it offers 1.5 times speed. In reality i got 2 times low speed from this plan.

    @Idea @VodafoneIN I remember before jio came, I had to pay RS. 249 to buy just 1gb data for a month, which means it's transparent that how you were cheating the customer, as soon as jio introduced I switched over to jio, the time has as your shares fell to rs 10, u wil be kicked out completely.

    Location: Bhindol Gam, Post Kanjeta, Taluka Dhanpur, District Dahod, Gujarat Problem: VI internet speed very slow, browsing and video buffering issue. Time: Daily problem (especially evening time). Network: 4G speed very slow. @ViCustomerCare

    Never take global roaming pkg from Vi. It is useless. Egypt no 4G or 5G & hours wasted complaining. Similar problem happened for S Korea. Needed data for navigation, coordination with tour agents, Uber etc. Had to buy another local pkg. No wonder @ViCustomerCare is unpopular.
