    @VodafoneIN That’s the next issue. There was no SMS communication about this pack activation and balance deduction in the first place. And there is no way I can see all past deductions through ur iOS app. I got to know through your customer care rep.

    @idea_cares so you are suggesting to switch to other network for better quality. That's my take from your comment. Note: if it's some other place than I can wait but I am now facing issue at my home then what is the point of using idea. @VodafoneIN @Idea

    @VodafoneIN I am highly disappointed with your services lately. Whenever I am on a call there is a bad reception and break in voice . Most of the conversation is lost because of this and it is highly irritating. Please look into the matter.

    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone, My apologies for Choosing your Net work. I am getting the worst ever service from Vodafone for a few months. I am cheated once agin by subscribing to the red x Plan (999), it offers 1.5 times speed. In reality i got 2 times low speed from this plan.

    @HiHonorIndia Do you know... @airtelindia is also now against @HuaweiIndia Had 4 yrs old #Honor5X, where all other SIM such as @BSNL_CHTD , @VodafoneIN , @reliancejio is working... All @airtelindia SIM doesn't gets latched with its network when connecting through Honor5x...

    @VodafoneIN All of us are working from home. The entire country is. But that doesn't mean that every time I recharge, in a few hours the balance comes down to 0 because you have activated some stupid videos thing in my number. I don't even know what that is.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been charged with 15 rs for choosing a service. Phone was just sitting there for an hour on the table. It has happened with me a week before at 5 am when I was sleeping. While talking to customer care they spoke rudely and now they disabled. 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare Request you share a direct customer care number where my issue can be resolved. For most part of the day there is no network, the amount gets debited for recharges but services are not restored. No wonder ppl are switching networks.!
