    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone, My apologies for Choosing your Net work. I am getting the worst ever service from Vodafone for a few months. I am cheated once agin by subscribing to the red x Plan (999), it offers 1.5 times speed. In reality i got 2 times low speed from this plan.

    @VodafoneIN That’s the next issue. There was no SMS communication about this pack activation and balance deduction in the first place. And there is no way I can see all past deductions through ur iOS app. I got to know through your customer care rep.

    @TRAI is there a regulation if Mobile service providers don't have Network in an area they should indicate it to Customers, And for no Service/network zone they should not be charged,. Mumbai city center is the zone & we 20 buildings have no network past 3 years @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Had called for deactivation of sim.Rather than simply heeding the request, your cust care exec harassed saying tht sim cannot b deactivated for personal reasons & d company has not given them any authority to do so. What kinda crap is it? Pure harassment @TRAI
