    @AakashBhopatkar @VodafoneIN I thing its not a Vodafone customer (human responding) or texting, its a computerized (robot) message, repeating the same message to everyone. Have a look with all messages. They have all ready plan that not to hear a single word from customer. Wht they do/give we should follow.

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone ppl,dont waste your money in just advertising. How jio company is growing faster in network signal that to 4g (real speed), nd u ppl just showing 4g but providing us (3g/H/H+). Its New india ppl need the fastest speed nd advance network.

    @VodafoneIN Recently vistied Danushkodi in Tamilnadu but I was charged 114 stating I am in international roaming 1: Why I was not been intimated a message stating that am chargeable 2: why in India spectrum itself allowing srilanka signal 3:why no text message on deduction

    @ViCustomerCare Weekend data rollover will be exhausted if you don't recharge your number before due date. Train your customer service staff and provide them knowledge they only force the subscriber to agree what is showing in their system Note listening to subscriber #cheaters

    @ViCustomerCare your service sucks really . I recharged at 11:58 night on 10 march payment took 2 minutes payment got completed on 12:00 then they are just saying that day changed and you wont get benefits. payment generally takes 2-3 minutes and in that span of time day changed

    @ViCustomerCare I am using a VI sim for around 8 months and this is the 7th time I am complaining. I am not receiving any messages, important otps ,While calling my sim just goes into 2g, My messages are not getting delivered many times. Literally the worst service provider .

    @ViCustomerCare I don't care if you have "on air sites, current sites prevailing" the fact of the matter is that I am not getting 4G network coverage at my location and this has been going on since 2010. I expect you to resolve this immediately @DoT_India @TRAI
