    @AakashBhopatkar @VodafoneIN I thing its not a Vodafone customer (human responding) or texting, its a computerized (robot) message, repeating the same message to everyone. Have a look with all messages. They have all ready plan that not to hear a single word from customer. Wht they do/give we should follow.

    @VodafoneIN I don’t expect to resolve the issue because already 3 months gone from June 10. At least tweet and accept you’re incapable of providing voice service in a Metro city. That would really pacify me. Thanks

    Even supplimentary service providers Hassel us at times. @VodafoneIN wants to disconnect my line for three days to switch my postpaid connection from my personal name to my company name.

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone ppl,dont waste your money in just advertising. How jio company is growing faster in network signal that to 4g (real speed), nd u ppl just showing 4g but providing us (3g/H/H+). Its New india ppl need the fastest speed nd advance network.

    @ViCustomerCare I switched to postpaid service 1 month back and yesterday without any prior intimation my connection was cancelled denying access to me. There is no network from yesterday and this people do not bother to redress it even after repeated complaint.Pathetic service.

    I work from home on my laptop and use the hotspot of my phone to connect to the internet. I use vodafone idea company internet and never had the worst company ever used.@DoT_India @ViCustomerCare @TRAI not able to open a website if i use vodafone idea internet.

    @ViCustomerCare HOW IS POSSIBLE THAT VI KEPT 2 DIFFERENT RECHARGES WITH SAME AMOUNT. IN RUPEES 299 CUSTOMER WILL GET 1.5GB/DAY AND IN ANOTHER RS 299 CUSTOMER CAN GET 2GB/DAY. I RECHARGED FOR 2GB/DAY BUT I GOT 1.5GB/DAY. WHY THIS KIND OF CHETING WITH CUSTOMERS?
