    Absolute disgrace to have chosen your sim for calling and net am residing in Chromepet area and I have got one line of tower in your network which has resulted in regular call drops after I recharged before your price hike, seriously troubling @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Mr. Kumar, difference in communication observed over phone a. Over telephonic time is 48 hours but received message for resolution is march 30,2022. Is this way you handles the customer complaints.

    @ViCustomerCare From yesterday to till now am getting unwanted calls and all are saying that I have called them But I never called anyone. Am thinking someone hacked the VI network Without my knowledge how the call will go to another person Please check the network immediately

    @ViCustomerCare is getting worse day by day. I have been a user of Voda since 2006 with two connections, now as I am facing a issue with a recharge, when called customer care, they just disconnected in between without giving any resolution. It's such a hard work to connect them.

    @ViCustomerCare We have pathetic Vodafone network here in our area. Lodged complaint twice, no resolution or response yet. One resolution was to reset network settings of my phone!! Right now while tweeting I can see zero network bar on my phone!
