@ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar Since Mr. Takkar and his entire Vi team is sleeping since 2 years and unable to resolve the below concerns: a. Ongoing call interuption b. Frequent call drop c. Poor data speed Thinking to move #Airtel with hope to not have above issues and better services than #VI.

@ViCustomerCare Mr. Kumar, difference in communication observed over phone a. Over telephonic time is 48 hours but received message for resolution is march 30,2022. Is this way you handles the customer complaints.

Do you know, now even when you have 5 network bars and the voice never drops during a phone call, you still can't sometimes make payments through UPI apps because your telecom data sucks in all @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia and @reliancejio. Inside the house the data is #ZERO.
