@dsbisht28 @VodafoneIN Bro you're requesting them from September 2019 onwards. I am requesting them from November 2018 to till now. Still now they're saying that we are working on your issue. This is a horrible customer service. Worst customer service they're providing to customers now.

@ViCustomerCare What a solution you shared!!! To reinsert card in mobile or another device. Means my mobile has problem? Other sim is working fine but not VI SIM in our area. If I go other area the network is good. Check with your distributor that what happened to your towers in our area.
