    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team,It’s bn ovr 2 months my 4 nos. wer port out 4m Vi 2 Airtel. By wen cn I expect my security deposit back.Also I hvnt recvd ne confirmation of hw much SD r u holding. Im expecting mini. Rs.2k. Ur prompt respns n resolution wil be highly appreciated.

    @ViCustomerCare what is the point of 4g activating when I most of the time gives me 3g or 2g during calls. Please fix this issue asap or I am switching my network

    @ViCustomerCare I AM NOT EVEN ACCOUNTING THE TRAUMA AND AGONY. WAIVER OFF A GOOD COMPENSATION AND A GUARANTEED RESOLUTION ELSE LET ME PAY YOUR OVERBILLED DUES AND PORT OUT AND FOR WHICH I WILL SEE YOU AT CONSUMER COURT.

    @ViCustomerCare I raised 3 complaints and provided all required details. Now when I am checking progress on last complaints instead of providing all details, i don't know why again and again you are asking the same details which is already provided in the last complaint.

    @ViCustomerCare Are you not able to handle postpaid users? Willing to reduce the number of postpaid users? Why are you scamming the postpaid users in the name of Sport pack? I submitted my complain 4 times in last 6 month but didn’t get permanent solution.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been facing issues with porting message. Your agents are putting complaints and at their own convenience they are sending a message the issue has been resolved. There is absolutely no resolution. If this is not resolved I will approach the consumer court.

    @vivekmishra120 @ViCustomerCare It won't also. Please check my tweets. I had an ongoing battle with them for the last 2 month & today I gave up. Will port out soon. Have been a loyal customer for the last 15+ years and apparently due to boundaries and restrictions they can't help. PORT OUT!

    @ViCustomerCare Ms.Shalu, I don't want to take a chance. I will travel often due to my health & no assurance from Vi, it won't allow any transactions without OTP. I want myself to get better and not waste my time fighting for network and petty waiver offer.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Customer is not responsible. SMS came after payment. I can't check SMS before paying. So either give me the plan shown in App or refund ₹199. "Refer above response" is not a resolution

    @ViCustomerCare The process of delinking my family plan took six hours and involved significant harassment. I strongly advise against choosing Vi's postpaid service. Their team is unhelpful and seems to be trained to mistreat customers. They promise to return calls promptly, but they never do.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare You're only explaining your side. What about the customer who got cheated? False offer shown in Vi App → ₹199 deducted → Wrong plan given. This is cheating, not a "technical issue". Own your mistake and refund or plan given those i have available for
