    @VodafoneIN Facing network issue. Can't hear the person in the other end and the person in the other end can't hear me. This has been going on since last couple of days. Had already given complaint earlier for the same. We have to do WhatsApp call through Wifi connection.

    5 team members have contacted to resolve the issue at the earliest , Everytime you need to explain the whole matter to vodafone team members .. Is vodafone going to solve the issue or still have to wait for the next bill cycle ???? @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN are third class network provider tumhara to network shell colony Chembur east me to rahta nahi.aur bill ka due date cross Ho Jane par 5min tumhari payment reminder sunate ho. payment late hone par late fee lete Ho fir kyu apni ghatiya reminder sunate ho.

    @VodafoneIN tumhari network ki ma ka bharosa nahi hai..!! Bc fcked up network reception in Powai, old market area. Calls get disconnected, zero reception at time, miserable data connectivity all this while standing in an open ground!! #pathetic #nothappytohelp #mobilenetwork 🤦🏼😣

    @VodafoneIN iam a Customer of Youbroadband my rel. no. 1697538, online complaints made on 23-07-2020, 29-07-2020, 05-08-2020 only received complaint Nos, but my internet is still not working, youbroadband is powered by vodafone, this is worst service, Kindly resolve immediately

    @ViCustomerCare If a consumer Service is not provide refund should be back to orginal mode of payment. Rather than forcing customer to get it adjusted in bills . False billing now wants to adjust the amount in bill. Please correct me @consaff what does consumer law says?

    @ViCustomerCare What about Vowifi in Tamilnadu??? Will it come to your network?? Other networks moving towards 5G but #vi towards 2G. One of theworst network. Better close your network. Poor customer service executives, whatever we ask they say don't know.

    @ViCustomerCare @amazonIN Vi Customer Representative Calls and tries to adjust the money in Next Billing so amazon looses a subscription which has been paid in Dec21 and as per Indian Legislation - Vi refund should be back to original Mode of Payment if services are not provided.

    @ViCustomerCare hi what is this silly procedure of waiting in your store to receive a call from the customer care to confirm our request? I am at the store…telling them what I want. Obviously I’m sure. What a waste of our time.
