Network engineer of @VodafoneIN visited my place and investigated. He told me that my area indeed have the data and call issue. Also said that his head will call me and let me know when this issue will get resolved. Its been almost 3 days now, no update on this issue.

@VodafoneIN Was well informed when I was in roaming to AUS and Thailand. I activate my roaming service till Jan 18th. You guys charge me roaming internet charges while I was in IND. Will not pay a single a single penny access. And file a legal suit if u disconnect my service.

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI Reporting to trai and SEBI of open complaints Ms karishma calling me 2 times a day to inform its not going to reverse. This is mere harresment @ViCustomerCare . Rude calls rcvd to inform our exec gave wrong info of reversals and now its not possible to reverse ur charges.Shame!!
