    @VodafoneIN Did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to resolve the issue. I just went ahead and make a small recharge again to get things going. Porting now, bye bye Vodafone Pup! Take others to where there is NO network and NO customer service!

    @VodafoneIN Worst ever experiance and breach of trust. Chosen the costliest plan for better connectivity, RED user entire family on RED, but lot of connectivity issues, dropped emails, visited store changed the settings as guided but all failed. Lockdown, work from home,

    @VodafoneIN Have you verified it that either delivery on SIM has been done or not to the customer. Vodafone is Chor all time only why should we have to suffer.

    Limited network coverage in some part of my house is understandable.. Wifi calling would have helped but no ETA from @VodafoneIN even after 3 months 15 years with Orange/Hutch/Vodafone and now forced to Port to @airtelindia

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI You closed the complaint on your own without confirming with me anything. No one called me to check. My complaint is sill not solved:- 1) I am using data in 3G mode in 4G handset. As there is no internet access on 4G. 2) Calls drop during call. 3) Calls cross connect.

    @ViCustomerCare I took the VI plan because it offered unlimited 4G, but now another company has started offering the same plan, so you're stuck with your slow network. I'm porting out.

    @ViCustomerCare Due to consistently poor internet speed (barely usable), I ported to @Airtel_Presence yesterday. Now your team has called me 11 times already. This is harassment. When I was struggling with 1 kbps internet, there was zero support.stop this right now!
