    @VodafoneIN after complaining here 4-6 times ..... you associates msg back saying out associates will get back to you very shortly.... it’s been 5 days now I haven’t got any calls. After #cheating don’t expect this kind of ridiculous service. My issues have not been resolved yet.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea A new mobile number activation has taken 5 calls to your customer service and sales person. The best part is that call center agent had put me on hold for 51 minutes when I insisted on speaking to his supervisor! From Good to Bad is the state!!

    @ViCustomerCare The only response from my side will be to no longer recharge so that the service cannot deduct any more money. Without money, you will not be able to activate additional VAS as well. You wanted a cheap way to loot customers, have at it. But don't expect it to happen everytime.

    @ViCustomerCare your customer service is terrible! I have a corporate connection and i have had hard time activating the sim. The agent says i need to pay extra 400 rs per line to activate it? What is this?
