    @VodafoneIN This is an absolute breach of trust. Just billing and charging a long time customer wrongly without any notification or intimation. No fine print or asterisk of what the usage charges are once you exceed the 75gb on the 499/- plan!

    My first day as a @VodafoneIN customer - I’ve been sitting without any network from the past 18 hrs, trying to get through your customer care agent; spent half a day on Twitter than on Instagram, waiting for your response over DM and finally you made me do this.

    Limited network coverage in some part of my house is understandable.. Wifi calling would have helped but no ETA from @VodafoneIN even after 3 months 15 years with Orange/Hutch/Vodafone and now forced to Port to @airtelindia

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI You closed the complaint on your own without confirming with me anything. No one called me to check. My complaint is sill not solved:- 1) I am using data in 3G mode in 4G handset. As there is no internet access on 4G. 2) Calls drop during call. 3) Calls cross connect.

    @VodafoneIN Did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to resolve the issue. I just went ahead and make a small recharge again to get things going. Porting now, bye bye Vodafone Pup! Take others to where there is NO network and NO customer service!

    @ViCustomerCare Vi's network does not work in my house District Gopalganj Village Dhatingna Pin Code 841440 If it is not fixed soon then the network will have to be changed.
