@VodafoneIN I'm not getting monthly bill attached in the e-bill at my mail box...Only the amount being sent..Have raised the issue on this in past to customer support and they sent the Bill receipt in separate mail..The bills are important to get the reimbursement in company..

@VodafoneIN There’s no active number. If the network improves then I’d take it. Right now happy with @reliancejio for an additional number @Airtel_Presence isn’t working in my area anyways so if your network improves then can switch to Voda.

So @VodafoneIN remembers to call to remind me to pay the due amount of few days (I ported to another service provider) when they kinda forget to provide network & connectivity. I asked the exec to send me a notice instead. The exec called me an idiot before she hung up. 👏

@ViCustomerCare There was a calldrop and internet issues for which I went to your gallery in Byculla,Mumbai.where I was told to upgrade the sim to 5g and it will be shifted to postpaid for 4 months. I had to take a family plan of 2 members pay 300 for new sim, as nobody in fly wanted to shift.
