Post that you moved out and there would have been a few days taken to move to other service provider . That pro rated charges might be pending. It happens with most postpaid as one doesn't switch on the date of bill generated.

I’ve used different network providers over the years, but the level of poor connectivity, inconsistent service, and lack of reliability I'm experiencing now is honestly frustrating. Mobile connectivity has become an essential part of everyday life, and customers deserve a network that actually works when they need it. Paying for a service and constantly struggling with basic connectivity is simply unacceptable. I even sent someone to a Vi Store, where I was told that the issue was happening because my prepaid balance was low. Based on their advice, I did an additional ₹200 recharge, and I already had around ₹170 balance.
