@Airtel_Presence @dwivedi629 Just switch to @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN. I had given complaint for 2017. Still now its not done. Dont request @Airtel_Presence . They will do nothing. That i can guarantee you.

@ViCustomerCare I have connectivity issue. Many a times the caller doesn't reach me. Half way through,the call drops. The least said the better it is for data card. Recently I had been to Bhubaneswar. Your data card didn't work at all. I had to depend on my Jio card.

Without user authorization and full DND activation, Vi is deducting balance in the name ofPlayer's Club - 60 Days Pack Digital is activated. @DoT_India Kindly intervene as this is happening for twice, balance deducted but not refund on complaint to @ViCustomerCare.
