    @ViCustomerCare revert As we have already deactivated the VAS service of amazon prime subscription from our end on date 18 Sep. So, there is no charges will be add on your number . So, I request you kindly coordinate with amazon customer care for remove this information.

    @VodafoneIN . Charges levied without without using netflix 2. my waiver request rejected 3. calling 199 my call never connected to customer care executive 4. netflix is free for 1 month 5 i immediately deactivated it 6 Does vodafone  not want to retain old customers

    On one of my number/ email id linked to @amazonIN raised subscription issue on 17 Sep i.e. Friday to @ViCustomerCare Chat Bot then was transferres to human interaction on chat & was informed that on 18 Sep i.e. Saturday issue will get resolved, but it didn't. (1/n) @VodaIdea_NEWS

    @VodafoneIN Internet is very slow. Dear Sir/Mam I am 4 to 5 months suffering from internet very slow issue, then I have called customer care . But not solved my problem . My internet speed is 1.0 Mpbs to be very low. Sometimes speed is 0.6kbs

    They have not bothered to revert thereafter for the service request number is 3-109107836377. @amazonIN app states that contact @ViCustomerCare for the issue & they say we are working on it. Wonder what is required to for them to resolve the concern. (4/n) #RavinderTakkar

    @ViCustomerCare Unable to use internet while calling and enable the VoLte asap. I called customer care they said my smartphone does not support VoLte but it is working fine with jio. Please solve this issue.

    @Rohit86574966 @VodafoneIN @nickgliddon Poor service by Vodafone/idea. Three time rechargr done by me still incoming service not working. CC advisors also shared incorrect information. Wastage of money as using vodafone poor service. Will switch to Airtel Good operator

    @ViCustomerCare I am not able to delete it. I am serious about the same as we are paying the same amount which airtel n jio subscribers pay them for a good speed 5G network. I need better Speed currently it is 5mbps. Too much interference on this area

    @ViCustomerCare I am extremely disappointed with your service. I will not use a Vi SIM anymore, and I will not allow my children to use it either. If they do not listen to me, I would rather donate my property to charity than give it to them. I do not understand the logic behind the deactivation

    @ViCustomerCare After multiple complaints same issue, the network speed is less than 20kbps. VI is providing the worst experience ever than other service providers. Now they will file a complaint and will resolve within 5 days, but no one gets to know what will happen in 5 days.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare: Activated International Roaming for 24 hrs via customer care. Charged again the next day without consent.Told it got “auto-renewed”? I was in India. No usage. Reverse the charge & stop forced auto-renewals, scoundrel & fraud activities. #ConsumerRights #Telecom
