    Instead of rectifying their internal glitch @VodafoneIN have yet another time #barred my service. My ECS mandate for processing of their bill is still active as confirmed by my bank. Surprised to receive a call from @Idea, though without a solution & @VodafoneIN are all deaf ears

    @VodafoneIN Hi ********'s. First, you didn't remove that bogus charge on my grandmother's number, and now when I've not paid that bill (coz I don't wanna pay first phoney charges), you people had the audacity to call that poor old lady and tell her that her incoming will stop!?
