    Instead of rectifying their internal glitch @VodafoneIN have yet another time #barred my service. My ECS mandate for processing of their bill is still active as confirmed by my bank. Surprised to receive a call from @Idea, though without a solution & @VodafoneIN are all deaf ears

    @VodafoneIN . Charges levied without without using netflix 2. my waiver request rejected 3. calling 199 my call never connected to customer care executive 4. netflix is free for 1 month 5 i immediately deactivated it 6 Does vodafone  not want to retain old customers

    @djparryn @ViCustomerCare They are robbers and frauds, customer service calls on international roaming building up my charges. They are the most disgusting customer service I have ever faced and wouldn’t recommend Vodafone to anyone. My resolve still pending.

    @ViCustomerCare Particularly everyday I suffer from this illness "vi internet not working" And can't find a "medicine" even after switching to a new device Considering to port into "airtel hospitals" for better treatment opportunity. And this is almost everyday for last 20 days
