    @ViCustomerCare internet work at high speed for 40-50 seconds then suddenly speed drop to 10-20kbps & after 15-20 seconds speed restore to normal and this cycles go on. It ruin all the fun while watching webseries. Please resolve this issue asap

    Previously I have my no. of idea cellular, after merger it changed to Vodafone red, after that my call waiting service is disabled, I humbly request you to plz enable my call waiting service Regards @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare Can you please check my number 8054562299 Why there's unwanted services being activated without my consent. This is the most pathetic network ever which Activate services according to their wish.. I'm going to revoke this network very shortly if got no revert

    Instead of rectifying their internal glitch @VodafoneIN have yet another time #barred my service. My ECS mandate for processing of their bill is still active as confirmed by my bank. Surprised to receive a call from @Idea, though without a solution & @VodafoneIN are all deaf ears

    In the era where a new number gets activated in 5 mins, i had a different experience with @VodafoneIN where a number obtained at 4PM on 19th is still not activated. Poor service at #Sector27 Store and care team has no info on the number. Should have chosen a different telecom.

    @VodafoneIN Like seriously... A customer is associated with you from 14-15 yrs n wld hv paid u lacs in total by now and you are treating as if customer is only bothered about the 600-700 rupees to be saved from being paid...

    @VodafoneIN highly disappointed to see how the issues of customers are being handled that too when you are connected from more than a decade with Vodafone. you don't give any resolution but the number gets suspended and may get deactivated bt Vodafone guys are least bothered.

    @ViCustomerCare My wife has been trying to port from Jio to Vodafone for the past 15 days. First order created thru app was cancelled, store people forcing us to purchase postpaid and now new order is created and no response from customer care! Pathetic service for new customers.
