    @VodafoneIN Your customer care is pathetic.. i feel using some abusive language just coz of the response i get, but just restricting my language. Tour cheap organization cannot process refund of ₹18 for a VAS service that i did not activate. I should rather port my service

    @VodafoneIN First, give a stable network and basic 4G speed. Then, boast for 50% faster data speed. For the last 10 years I have been raising requests and customer care closes ticket saying unable to reach customer. This shows how bad is your network. They don't even try.

    @VodafoneIN Request you to please stabilize network in Belathur, Kadugodi, Bengaluru. From past few weeks, the network is highly unstable. Have never faced such network instability in past 12 years as a Vodafone customer.

    @VodafoneIN-Ur service rep states that any VAS activation service (like CRBT) can be cancelled within 24 hrs of activation & the backend team can process refund if a complaint is registered as per the Vodafone refund policy.

    @VodafoneIN it’s been 20 days, a dozen of follow up tweets and calls since I logged a complaint regarding poor network at my location and the issue still is not resolved. Your sorries mean nothing going forward. I swear I will port soon and will campaign not to use Vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare the worst IVR for mobile phones is of vodafone ! IDEA was much better, could speak to a human. All I want to do is deactivate DND services so I can get all SMS's !! Such a pain it is .. and I cant speak to a human !! I wish someone can help me
