Post that you moved out and there would have been a few days taken to move to other service provider . That pro rated charges might be pending. It happens with most postpaid as one doesn't switch on the date of bill generated.

Due to this sudden crisis, we couldn't pay the 2 months' bill and are facing severe financial distress. Customer service is threatening to disconnect all numbers. We want to clear the dues and transfer the ownership, but we need emotional and financial breathing room.
