Having an extremely poor customer care experience with @ViCustomerCare. Have had hassles at multiple levels from getting a new sim to my transition to the family pack. Your representatives from the Basaveshwarnagar store are not responding.

@ViCustomerCare Shared the details, not too hopeful about the quality of response or resolution. The Vodafone stores need to be closed as they are practically useless. The only thing they apparently deliver in store are new/replacement sim cards, nothing else!

I'm a postpaid user of VI. Total 6 Connections of VI i'm having. Monthly @ViCustomerCare charged very high amount for their worst service. Vi added so many VAS from their side and charged it on customers. You charged so much but at least give some service. Hight disappointed.
