We had issues in maintenance of towers!!! Now they had issue bcoz of @Idea merger. And she said by 2nd August the service may get resume. When I asked her to provide the same what u promising through e-mail she had no answer.

Mails and calls to Vodafone care are never responded. No wonder why people choose to Port to another service provider.
