    @VodafoneIN my number was deactivated 4days back saying I had an outstanding amount to be paid to my previous service provider. I settled the bill and sent the details to the customer support. Number not let reactivated. I am not able to access anything. Please help! Urgently

    Earlier you had responded if it's urgent then go through the app or website as you are working with limited team members now. I am unable to login in to the app as it's asking for OTP confirmation. My number is off from more than 15days now. Please assist via twitter @VodafoneIN

    I m @idea user. My sim card is blocked (26+ hours) without any reason/notice. M stuck amid lockdown. When asked customer care, they are asking to reach out @PMOIndia as it's PMO's order to do a lockdown.@TRAI can you please interfere and take action.Thanks @VodafoneIN @idea_cares

    @VodafoneIN Enormously facing very bad network coverage in my area.. This is Day 3 i'm facing this issue. Even moving out of my house, i hardly get 2-3 sticks on the network. Please fix this.

    @VodafoneIN Absolutely zero signal in Bangalore 560085 , 560050 .Moreover I have recharged for 84 day pack on 31st March 2020 ..messages flowing in telling me that pack has expired !

    @VodafoneIN You have activated How To Videos service on my number stating it is my request. I have not asked for any additional service. Kindly deactivate this immediately and make sure there is no rental charged unnecessary for this.
