    @VodafoneIN Again I am facing challenges for network issue. Wtf service you are giving to us. Even though it's 4G card but unable to use the service smoothly. Will port to other company. Say no to Vodafone.

    @VodafoneIN What is the meaning of earliest 1 hour, 2 hour, 4 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours, 1 day, 2 days, in 7 days, in 1 month, @VodafoneIN it's being a month and 7 days you guys messing up on same issue multinational service provider @VodafoneGroup feel some shame you shameless fellows

    @badrul540 @VodafoneIN They wont call you these guys are simply cheating there customer care. I am calling them since last 1 month and 8 days no response mobile shield it sucks my phone got damage now they deny claim useless service provider

    @Satttak @VodafoneIN Yeha buddy @Satttak @VodafoneIN traits there customer in difficulties they give post paid plan of 1000 with mobile shield and it sucks they don't have ownership no commitments to there customer But I have a connection with @JioCare they does a good Job appreciated it

    @VodafoneIN You are not giving it free you took money from post paid bill basically mobile shield is paid service and Vodafone present it as free service no clarification why my claim is rejected and you @VodafoneIN sucks what ground you rejected the claim

    @ViCustomerCare Requested to convert SIM to eSIM. On 15-Mar-22, sent message to 199. Got an SMS that a QR code has been sent to mail. After waiting the whole day, raised a SR 4-129513475310 to address the issue. On 16-Mar-22, the SR got resolved, and I still don't have a QR code.

    @ViCustomerCare The utter disregard the company has for its customers requests and time is baffling. At a time when competitors are snatching their customers by the horns for conversions, the customer service should be highlighted as one of the main vectors to their market loss !
