    Another high standard set by @ViCustomerCare India. Got a replacement with an assurance of reactivation inn3 hrs...but it's only 10hrs and customer care, vi stores and vi mini stores refused to help.

    @ViCustomerCare since we have initiated number port out request we are getting 4-5 calls daily in this regard. Stop this harassment immediately. @DoT_India @TRAI please take a note. Number porting is resulting in harassment from the service provider.

    Shifted from @airtelindia to @ViCustomerCare and than to @JioCare but the network issue and the internet issues remain the same. The services are so pathetic. Just tierd with these private service providers. Never their customer resolves issues, only copy paste replies #trai

    @ViCustomerCare From the last 4 weeks what is happening with you network? Getting only 50-100 KBps speed. Talked to the customer executive 2 times, they've given the dead line date as of October 18 and today is 19 still the issue is not fixed.
