    @suchetadalal @ViCustomerCare Yesterday after decades of using first idea and then Vodafone which now is vi I finally migrated to Airtel...lost hope of their network improving in nearby future and fully sympathetic to their situation..but current call drop and network situation is too bad

    When they put your call on hold @ViCustomerCare plays the following message “Thank you for being on hold. Our advisor will connect with you shortly”   without even a single breath in between. Sufficient to get irritated and make the customer hang up. Nice trick!

    Hey @ViCustomerCare I've been facing network issue from past 2 days, and I was asked to replace the sim card, I replaced it yesterday evening, since then there's no network on that also, And there's ticket raised in the morning 9 AM, and there's no update on that also.

    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp ..Vi is fraud and Birla’s unable to manage … managers , officers at Vi useless just good for nothing warming their seats … Vi systems are rotten .. they just fool customers … service,customer care pathetic!!
