    A Vodafone customer has gone to US. Before leaving he asked Vodafone service to keep his number on Hold. However as his stay in US got extended Vodafone deactivated his number. @VodafoneIN

    After further follow up on mail he received a mail asking him to visit his nearest Vodafone service centre, in Vadodara, Gujarat, though he has informed Vodafone office that he is in US. @VodafoneIN

    @care_DIR My issue with @VodafoneIN is almost over as they have done some correction and asked me to observe network. Regarding resolution of recharge plan they have rectified the mistake on both sim. Thanks for concern and support.

    @ViCustomerCare Let's play ticket ticket. You will randomly close the ticket. Open a new ticket. Give me timeline of 5 days. Close the ticket randomly before the deadline. Issue is unresolved. Repeat. What else can I expect from you. I am a Vi customer from last 15 years. Time to port.
