    No resolution received yet and avoid assuming and looting. Plz provide terms and conditions for multiple active validity package for data and call sevices. @trai @VodafoneIN. Also being 4g network speed of data is max of 50kbps with Frequent call drop as well as data issues.

    @VodafoneIN I am facing very poor voice and data connectivity for more than a month. Raised a complaint to your customer care but they are yet to resolve.Plz look into this urgently. Note:I have to wait at hospital and your network is making it worse for me. Urgent & Important

    @ViCustomerCare No outgoing calls even though I have unlimited calls for the next 3 months. Hundreds of calls to various customer care, and lodging a complaint later, even after two weeks, no solution. What am I paying for? ****** customer service and a useless SIM?

    @ViCustomerCare I replaced my SIM card yesterday as suggested by one of your customer care advisor. Still data speed is very slow on my RedX number. Next time, I won't ask you, but quietly port my number.

    @ViCustomerCare My wife is in Gaur City 1 Noida and she says she can't call or use internet because there is hardly any network. When she is in Boran Road Bandra West she faces the same problem. Look u have looted us enough and now I won't be any Vodafone bills let it come.
