    @ViCustomerCare I have port from BSNL to VI but don't know why taken so much time to activation. I am abke to see VI network but calls are not getting connected. I have visiting VI store they also not given the exact activation ETA The UPC for your mobile BZ554322

    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp Vi fraud company they promote products which they cannot service .. then deliberately migrate customer to their choice plans .. Vi response we cannot do any thing you hv been migrated .. that means go to hell we are Vi this how we operate !!!

    @ViCustomerCare l have Rs 7.48 in main bal.and Rs 220/ in 2nd bal. But I can't be sent any message. So I port .Vi NO care TRAI order in this case I request all Vi customer to port from Vi to another operater । Vi executive call me but also tell Vi policy in Rs 155 send message

    @ViCustomerCare Absolutely pathetic I changed my new sim cause I needed 4g. The sim didn't get changed and I'm informed that the new one was active. I am travelling tomorrow. There was a reason I got this done in urgency. Call centre zero help. Worst service.

    @ViCustomerCare This is just like, All India Engineering is not coming out, go to IIT, Those who have low towers for 4G, how do they even think of providing 5G service? Think about broadband 5G and limited to some A+ cities. Save your customer after price hike that's the big deal.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been digesting by getting recharge done in Vi, ₹ 699 used to get 4GB/day for 84Days, so even thinking of recharge or living in vi to some extent, but now there is no reason to stay in vi. And from above its network is so bad. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare You can close this down. Got it resolved. Just one thing.. try to stand out by providing exceptions or additional services to senior citizens so that they don’t have to go to the store for as small as sim replacement. Brand loyalty is the only reason my grandma still wants Vi

    Minimum prepaid recharge value for VI users for getting sms service is Rs. 199, how they harras their customers by increasing multiple times of recharge value day after day. It's not too far that they will lose their most of customers base. No fair competition. @ViCustomerCare
