    In my experience #airtel network is pretty good compared to dummy network #Vodafone. Really @VodafoneIN should improve their service. Very bad. Pathetic service. Just realised why they loosing customers base instead of blaming #indian #Government.

    @VodafoneIN Enormously facing very bad network coverage in my area.. This is Day 3 i'm facing this issue. Even moving out of my house, i hardly get 2-3 sticks on the network. Please fix this.

    @VodafoneIN All fake.. My internet connection is the worst.. I am paying for a 4G plan and I am not even getting a 2G speed.. Didn't expect this from @VodafoneIN .. Planning to port.. Done with this scrap network provider..

    Earlier you had responded if it's urgent then go through the app or website as you are working with limited team members now. I am unable to login in to the app as it's asking for OTP confirmation. My number is off from more than 15days now. Please assist via twitter @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN my number was deactivated 4days back saying I had an outstanding amount to be paid to my previous service provider. I settled the bill and sent the details to the customer support. Number not let reactivated. I am not able to access anything. Please help! Urgently

    @ViCustomerCare WORST decision of my life would be get VI SIM card. I had two numbers as post paid. I had requested to disable the two numbers and they smartly disabled only one and kept charging the second number Rs. 1023 and now I have been charged for first number too Rs 109.

    @ViCustomerCare The worst network I have ever tried. My biggest mistake, I made a 84 days recharge. I will switch to Airtel or Jio the day the validity expires. The network is so bad, people have to call on my whatsapp.

    Thought of giving Vi a shot #vodafoneidea @ViCustomerCare Sim Delivered, KYC and Back End activation done in 60mins. No activation sms for 3 hours!! Everyone clueless. No pin to provide at 59059! No customer care to go to!!
