    @ViCustomerCare Today I had to call same person 7-10 times but still couldn’t talk even single time coz of your excellent Network strength. Have realised to better port out rather than complaining here. Absolutely pathetic network.

    I am looking to get a #esim of #vodafone prepaid but your cust care centre says i can only get it for the postpaid one not for the prepaid sim. I have been a loyal customer for the last 15 yrs for u. Let me if I hv to opt for porting, i will do it. @ViCustomerCare @vodafone

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI You paid your last outstanding bill correct ? Post that you moved out and there would have been a few days taken to move to other service provider . That pro rated charges might be pending. It happens with most postpaid as one doesn't switch on the date of bill generated.

    I'm a postpaid user of VI. Total 6 Connections of VI i'm having. Monthly @ViCustomerCare charged very high amount for their worst service. Vi added so many VAS from their side and charged it on customers. You charged so much but at least give some service. Hight disappointed.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, I recharged my Vi mobile number through a retailer yesterday, but the recharge was mistakenly done on a jio number instead of my Vi number. Kindly help resolve this issue and credit the recharge to my Vi number or guide me on the next steps. Thank you.

    @ViBusinessIndia Dear @ViCustomerCare, despite repeated follow-ups, I'm still being billed incorrectly for international roaming that was activated only to receive OTPs. Correct the bill immediately or I'll escalate this to consumer and telecom regulators for harassment and deficient service.

    @ViCustomerCare Your response acknowledges that there is a coverage issue at my location, yet I continue to be billed the full amount every month. If you are aware that you are unable to provide the promised level of service at my location, charging the full tariff is neither fair nor justified.
