    @ViCustomerCare For more than 8 years we are having problems of signals in our house. Once inside all your signal bar goes blank. Using 4G is a dream. Despite several complaints your company has failed miserably to address this issue. Is your technology so outdated or is it sheer contempt

    @Vodafone_Ind @VodafoneIN u guys don have network consistency. Spend money now 2 get consistent business. U have seen reliance downfall. I can't tolerate my boss daily dose saying network issue makes me unfit 4 WFH. I will switch 2 other network. Kodigehalli,K.r.puram-560067

    I'm a postpaid user of VI. Total 6 Connections of VI i'm having. Monthly @ViCustomerCare charged very high amount for their worst service. Vi added so many VAS from their side and charged it on customers. You charged so much but at least give some service. Hight disappointed.

    @ViCustomerCare No more a VI customer now. Ported to airtel. Thanks for trying to resolve the complaint since last 3 years. Improve in terms of your outward communications (sms, calls) to customers, helpdesk quality, network and other things. @DoT_India @TRAI involving you here

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you...i ll definitely do this...i have been trusting Vodafone to resolve the ongoing network coverage issue for many years now..but that didn't work out...I feel that I am wasting my money to pay the bills on time and I deserve a better service.

    I've recently ported my number from @VodafoneIN to @reliancejio. One thing I really miss about #VodafoneIdea is the quality and options of caller tunes. No service provider have matched that yet. Not even @airtelindia.

    @ViCustomerCare VI network at pin code 799101 is completely zero; I can't even use the last recharge I purchased. Instead of providing the UPC code, the customer care team keeps insisting that I recharge again. Only Vodafone can commit such blatant fraud. If you care, share UPC to port number.
