    This is so annoying, so so annoying, I have ported in yo Vodafone, it’s been nearly 5 hours my number is still not activated, @VodafoneIN please look into this, your customer service is sleeping @BangaloreMirror @timesofindia, How will I make important calls.

    @VodafoneIN VOLTE not working in POCO X2. Called your customer care twice but still no solution. From the start in the VODAFONE SIM VOLTE has never worked. Tried in another phone but still VOLTE doesn't work. Should I change my service provider?

    The life of @VodafoneIN 's customer- 1. Get charged with some new service without you asking for it 2. Money gets deducted from account 3. Write an email to @VodafoneIN for refund 4. Get amount refunded 5. Repeat the same process again next day

    @ViCustomerCare Do you guys really take more than 8 hours to migrate prepaid to postpaid while keeping both prepaid and postpaid line down, making customer without a active phone. Really bad customer service. Never recommend VI to anyone.
