The Vodafone stores need to be closed as they are practically useless. The only thing they apparently deliver in store are new/replacement sim cards, nothing else!

I even sent someone to a Vi Store, where I was told that the issue was happening because my prepaid balance was low. I’ve used different network providers over the years, but the level of poor connectivity, inconsistent service, and lack of reliability I'm experiencing now is honestly frustrating. Mobile connectivity has become an essential part of everyday life, and customers deserve a network that actually works when they need it. Paying for a service and constantly struggling with basic connectivity is simply unacceptable.
