Monthly @ViCustomerCare charged very high amount for their worst service. Vi added so many VAS from their side and charged it on customers. You charged so much but at least give some service. A local mini store called asking me to convert to postpaid; when I refused, they said no delivery agent is available. Customer care assured delivery but 24+ hrs no update. Please deliver my SIM or refund.
