    @VodafoneIN the signal strength and connectivity speeds on 4G are horrible. usually speeds are around 900kbps.. Request the technical team to call and visit my premises and resolve the issue. I have been trying to resolve since long time..

    Dear @VodafoneIN please tell me what your correct customer care number is. I've dialled three numbers based on your recorded message on IVR, and each of the three direct me to the other two numbers and hang up. A circular loop of frustration. FYI, I'm on individual postpaid plan.

    @ViCustomerCare Unreasonably high prices for service validity packs. Internet on unlimited packs does not support connections to VPNs. Practically making vi sevices useless for me.
