    @VodafoneIN Your customer care is pathetic.. i feel using some abusive language just coz of the response i get, but just restricting my language. Tour cheap organization cannot process refund of ₹18 for a VAS service that i did not activate. I should rather port my service

    @VodafoneIN First, give a stable network and basic 4G speed. Then, boast for 50% faster data speed. For the last 10 years I have been raising requests and customer care closes ticket saying unable to reach customer. This shows how bad is your network. They don't even try.

    @VodafoneIN - however, the same rep says that the refund time for the day is closed and needs to be escalated for processing refund which shall take 72 hrs for processing refund... How funny..! How stupid are these conversations!

    @VodafoneIN-Ur service rep states that any VAS activation service (like CRBT) can be cancelled within 24 hrs of activation & the backend team can process refund if a complaint is registered as per the Vodafone refund policy.

    @VodafoneIN it’s been 20 days, a dozen of follow up tweets and calls since I logged a complaint regarding poor network at my location and the issue still is not resolved. Your sorries mean nothing going forward. I swear I will port soon and will campaign not to use Vodafone.

    If want to work from home then don't take @ViCustomerCare vi service @DoT_India @TRAI These all are for nothing because they take bribe from these companies so no solution to your problem. Vi postpaid 40Gb/mnth, since last 8 month able to use only approx 120Gb. #India #Bharat

    @ViCustomerCare Problem is still not solved. Worst part is when as soon as I pick up the call from support it gets disconnected. That shows how bad VI spend on their support system. It’s taking forever to resolve iMessage failures even after apple support clearly mentioned VI problem. #apple

    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare there is still no resolution to my complaint where you’re charging for a service you haven’t provided. Vi is proving to be a Total cheat and scamster business! The international roaming services did not work so you should not charge the customer!
