    @ViCustomerCare It's been over 24hours & my complaint is not resolved also 4days from the time I have purchased the sim card, number is still not active.. I'm self isolating myself and my family is tested Covid positive on Saturday. Can the number be activated please ? 🙏😭

    Very strange to see this from @ViCustomerCare. They just called up and mention that my issue can't be resolved and indirectly suggested to port out. Being with Vi for last 8 years, good to see such response and may be they don't value their customers anymore. @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare Shared the details, not too hopeful about the quality of response or resolution. The Vodafone stores need to be closed as they are practically useless. The only thing they apparently deliver in store are new/replacement sim cards, nothing else!

    @ViCustomerCare _ i am tired now. Repeatedly taking follow up with cc but no one responding my complaint. Last 15 days incoming call not getting. Everyone giving TAT but no body giving resolution. Is this way you are handling cust issue

    @ViCustomerCare Not able to receive calls but am able to make calls SMS. Caller gets msg that phone is switched off. Have this problem from 28th June. Called customer care, complained on Vi App. Kindly solve quickly & also u shouldn't bill me from 28th till the problem is sorted

    Having an extremely poor customer care experience with @ViCustomerCare. Have had hassles at multiple levels from getting a new sim to my transition to the family pack. Your representatives from the Basaveshwarnagar store are not responding.

    @ViCustomerCare why does you people don't accept e-Aadhaar or and address proof/Identity proof available in electronics form at the time of buying sim or discontinue service? Everything in the world is moving ahead and YOU GUYS ARE MOVING BACKWARD. WHY?

    Can you guys please help me out @ViCustomerCare. Because I called on 199 they are saying that my number won’t be available for eSim feature as it is Idea sim. But I’vent selected specifically regarding the service provider. I’ve only purchased it from VI. So why is this happening

    @ViCustomerCare When will I get a call from your team. No further action had been taken from your side. I'm totally exhausted with these replies. Also raised complaints have been closed without any resolution as i checked in the VI app.

    @ViCustomerCare Subject: Request for Equal Network Development in Villages Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to express my concern regarding the lack of proper Vodafone Idea network coverage and tower upgrades in village areas. It appears that most network improvements and new tower installations are focused only on cities, while villages are being ignored. Village people also use the internet for education, online work, business, banking, entertainment, and communication just like city users. After the growth of work-from-home opportunities, many people returned to villages and depend heavily on mobile internet connectivity. However, we are still struggling with weak signals, slow internet speeds, and poor network coverage. It feels unfair that village customers are not receiving the same quality of service despite contributing equally to your business. We kindly request Vodafone Idea to: Improve network coverage in villages Install and upgrade towers in rural areas Expand 4G and 5G services equally beyond city limits Village customers are also valuable customers, and we hope the company will consider rural development seriously. We request you to take necessary action at the earliest.

    @ViCustomerCare How bad your network can be? Rare signals,No OTP getting received, No outgoing calls connecting. Even when I want to port out of your network, even for that OTP is not coming. Help me get OTP on my number, I'll port to something else. @TRAI @DoT_India

    I'm facing denial of network connection by @ViCustomerCare since 36 hours and they are unable to diagnose the same. They want me to wait 72 hours. They say there's a network latching issue with my number. I'm fortunate that I'm at home and office, otherwise!

    Disappointed with @ViCustomerCare charged for a data plan activated on May 9 that never worked. It's been 10 days with 0 bytes of internet. They want me to pay. Falsely closed my complaint C003-149350065273. Reverse the charges & fix my bill. Terrible service!
