    @VodafoneIN the signal strength and connectivity speeds on 4G are horrible. usually speeds are around 900kbps.. Request the technical team to call and visit my premises and resolve the issue. I have been trying to resolve since long time..

    @VodafoneIN since you are planning to exit, you hv drastically reduced your network strength! Horrible 4g , no reception at all! Time to bid adieu ! And I hv been raising this issue for quite some time with you ! Thank God for Airtel home Wifi !

    @VodafoneIN @Idea giving worst service. They should be fined heavily for call drop , data not working and spam messages. Even if you block through TRAI APP they will not stop .

He should look at the historical data regarding customer service or Jet Airways and would see the mirror image of what he is encountering with Voda.     @ViCustomerCare Hello Vi support team, do you allow queue recharge? For example, your ₹279 combo/validity pack gives a prepaid user 90 days of validity. If I recharge that pack 4 times simultaneously, will it give me 360 days worth of validity?

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare Implement a good ITSM and your customer service will improve with linking the core issue with the follow ups. Jet Airways will have the same problem as almost every airline in India currently does. Try it.

    The biggest reason shares down of #vodafoneidea there poor services. We have visited #VI store on 3 Feb 2023 located in 1/5,G/F , west Patel nagar, Delhi110008 for new postpaid connection but yet not activated sim, there are making fool every day @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare
