    @ViCustomerCare Today I had to call same person 7-10 times but still couldn’t talk even single time coz of your excellent Network strength. Have realised to better port out rather than complaining here. Absolutely pathetic network.

    @ViCustomerCare Same information mentioned that your network doesn't have any issue. Which is not gonna help me. I had visited Vi-store today and they took sim replacement request and gave a new sim. Let's see if my gets resolved or not.

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI You paid your last outstanding bill correct ? Post that you moved out and there would have been a few days taken to move to other service provider . That pro rated charges might be pending. It happens with most postpaid as one doesn't switch on the date of bill generated.

    Very strange to see this from @ViCustomerCare. They just called up and mention that my issue can't be resolved and indirectly suggested to port out. Being with Vi for last 8 years, good to see such response and may be they don't value their customers anymore. @VodafoneGroup

    Previously I was thinking why @ViCustomerCare not gaining customers in a market like india where only 3 major pvt players exist. But after ordering a SIM I came to know that they can't match the service level of airte & Jio. They are just in a ventilator.

    @ViCustomerCare Just saying that avoid entering incorrect number is not correct. Pls note that the problem occurred in VI APP where I chose profile of 81xxxxxx41 but at time of recharge it got automatically changed to default profile number of 91xxxxxx93. Its problem at your APP end.

    @ViCustomerCare, extre disappointed with the service at your Aurangabad, Bihar store (MG Rd, nr JK Hotel). The staff's behave was unprofessional and brutal. I went to buy a new SIM and select a number, but the partner refu to cooperate, acting as if they aren't a formal Vi store.

    @inidhikhare @ViCustomerCare Vi network service in haryana is so poor your own data stated 80% harayana is without 5g internet connection but you charge for 5g unlimited network why Vi of their is no 5g than you why charge for 5g in haryana.

    @ViCustomerCare network at my place S K nagar, talikoti 586214 has become too poor. It was good till February. While airtel offers 5g in my town, can I atleast expect stable 4g from VI?
