  @ViCustomerCare Shared the details, not too hopeful about the quality of response or resolution. The Vodafone stores need to be closed as they are practically useless. The only thing they apparently deliver in store are new/replacement sim cards, nothing else!

  Perhaps optics of quality networking services is biggest brand ambassador for any mobile services company as best ambassador Dog for Vodafone brand campaign is still remembered for it's simple humble network always ...wherever you are ..in this beautiful world ...network will follow ! But Alas, @ViCustomerCare @KumarMBirla quality of network and services is worst value a customer experience and Shahrukh Khan can never help with gossiping as call quality or data speed matters ! Marketing is quality value network 100% as people dont pay free lunch for faces as can go to cinema by buying ticket as self respected citizens building #ViksitBharat2047!   @ViCustomerCare Since 2013, I have been using Vodafone Sim Card till date with starting digits 825888 ….. Currently using it for Official purpose. There was one point of time, where the Vi network was completely shut down for months due to natural calamity in my place ! Thought of having it ported to JiO but something stopped me from doing it. I don’t know why I’m still stuck with old Voda Sim but enjoying it … keep it up @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare .. bring the change !!!
