The Vodafone stores need to be closed as they are practically useless. The only thing they apparently deliver in store are new/replacement sim cards, nothing else!

Monthly @ViCustomerCare charged very high amount for their worst service. Vi added so many VAS from their side and charged it on customers. You charged so much but at least give some service. Hight disappointed.

I already sent network and signal diagnostics frm my side, stil they are asking for more! And making them to pay FRC for above 300 Or forcing them to use postpaid Because your network needs money to retain the business.
