    Bitter experience in @VodafoneIN store, I visited to convert my postpaid number to prepaid. Executive: Dharmendra, who was either super irritated or ignorant abt his own behaviour. Plus credit card machine was not working and they do not want to give receipt if I pay by cash!!!

    @Jago_Bharati @Sanjay_Dixit @ViCustomerCare Exactly same problem I have been facing since 1 month. There was no connectivity and very slow internet speed. So, I switched to other operator. They called me 4-5 times to request not to port. But they didn't improve quality of network.

    Best way of resolving customer issue is to ignore it and it will go away. Am I correct @ViCustomerCare . Dear @AdityaBirlaGrp do you guys even know what is customer service. In this issue my experience with @JioCare is too good their phone support team is helpful.

    @VodafoneIN Rem. 78: Your network is 0.13 Mbps at Balaji Appts Upkar Colony, Delhi-84.Complained repeatedly & got these recharged severally but of no use. Further recharges have been stopped till network responds. Please boost it up fast. 9210365089, 8586861991, 8178082002.
