    @airtelindia Very bad network in Kodigehalli,K.r.puram (1 km away from Hoodi Rly station towards Kodigehalli). Will have 2 switch on @VodafoneIN if u fail to resolve the issue.

    Hi @VodafoneIN today I received a call from your support team stating that they can’t fix the issue. What should I consider ? Your in-capability to fix issues ? I use iPhone and checked inserting Airtel sim and I getting good network. Issue is with Vodafone in this location.

    @VodafoneIN worst part is- @VodafoneIN never discloses the store contact no. During the outbreak of Covid 19, have some courtesy towards your customer, we risk our life & visit your stores to get the issues sorted, but the issue persists even after the said timeline. How do I contact stores?

    @ViCustomerCare The customer care executive on call made from 5th sept, 2021 to 6th Sept, 2021 clearly mentioned that my old Sim card will not get deactivated. Post which I activated the 28 days plan (as I wanted to use the service)

    @ViCustomerCare do you have plans to introduce Vi WiFi calling in Chennai or are we forced to port the 6 numbers to Airtel? Call quality is the worst and keeps disconnecting, we are using Watsapp call to connect, while airtel users don't have this issue.
