I came across a big fraud from @VodafoneIN , I got message that you have been changed 15 rs for downloading caraban game. I asked to Vodafone care to refund they denied. Then I searched on internet I found there are thousands of people who faced the same issue. This must be stop.

The life of @VodafoneIN 's customer- 1. Get charged with some new service without you asking for it 2. Money gets deducted from account 3. Write an email to @VodafoneIN for refund 4. Get amount refunded 5. Repeat the same process again next day

They will give you an excuse of an app that works 0.01 percent times only to track the location you are in. And then they wont reply to your tweets too.
