    @VodafoneIN There’s no active number. If the network improves then I’d take it. Right now happy with @reliancejio for an additional number @Airtel_Presence isn’t working in my area anyways so if your network improves then can switch to Voda.

    @youbroadband had Dm'd , emailed ,called customer care and no response from you. I don't have internet connectivity since a month. Pathetic service and I am still surprised this company belongs to @VodafoneIN .

    So @VodafoneIN remembers to call to remind me to pay the due amount of few days (I ported to another service provider) when they kinda forget to provide network & connectivity. I asked the exec to send me a notice instead. The exec called me an idiot before she hung up. 👏

    @ViCustomerCare Bought a sim 20 days ago, paid the plan charges, visited the store 3 times, called VI customer care 7 times, been a customer for 17 years, paid all bills on time and today finally I feel like porting. Worst service ever, no one takes responsibility!

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI My number is recharged until Oct’23..been using this number for last 15 years & was made inactive on Feb’23 without any reason/prior notice… your team has still not resolved and making me run to multiple stores with no resolution… Can this be fixed ?

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia I live in Hapur, U.P, 245101 and I got very less internet speed on my Vi 4G sim card, even I live near a idea cell tower. Also I am not able to call customer care for help. I registered a complain through Vi app but my problem did not resolve.

    @ViCustomerCare -10days and still awaiting solution and call from VI seniors on the mumbai duty free offer which was not sent after taking international roaming.The answer given was as customer care personnel activated the IR voucher was not sent . Then why did they activate it?
