    Dear @Airtel_Presence , We employees from manyata embassy business IT park are facing network issues and we cant able to even order online through apps for our lunch. Airtel has very poor internet speed... literally poor. Only @VodafoneIN works here which I don't use.

    @shalvi12 @VodafoneIN @JioCare @airtelindia No no. Dont do that mistake of porting-in to @Airtel_Presence. I have ported out myself due to very bad Customer care service. @JioCare is superb and I'm facing absolutely no issue w.r.t internet speed and voice quality from the time of port.

    @VodafoneIN your network is now becoming a total disaster. Congestion on network while placing calls, playing with manual network selection to atleast get a 2G connection. Not what I expected after merger with @Idea . #vodafonenetwork

    I've converted my VI prepaid to VI postpaid 20 days back. I don't like the services. Now I want to discontinue the Postpaid asap. And your staff's behaviour is one of the worst in the Durgapur VI store, WB, denied me to provide any support regarding this @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Complaint no C004-144438253167 was promised to be resolved by 11.02.2023 15:08:12 IST. All in vein. Nothing happened. Its been 2 months, 2 TT, 30 phone calls and internet is still not working for my no in any location. Seems nobody understood my problem. @akshayamoondra
