@VodafoneIN Trying to reach the customer care for a transaction related issue since yesterday, however Vodafone care call gets disconnected post IVR message. Mails and calls to Vodafone care are never responded. No wonder why people choose to Port to another service provider.

@VodafoneIN Vodafone Customer care chargeable at 50p for 3 mins is fine, but what about consumers trying to connect to Vodafone care. The call gets disconnected, similar to the call drops that happens frequently. As usual pathetic customer service offered to prepaid consumers.

@im_milan @VodafoneIN @TRAI Exactly from last 6-7 months they keep on repeating the same excuses. We had issues in maintenance of towers!!! Now they had issue bcoz of @Idea merger. Fck they will expand their business with disgusting service and we will pay bills timely with all kind of #Taxes to run them.

Which network has good Singal strength in electronic city @reliancejio @VodafoneIN . @Airtel_Presence doesn't have because i am using that and have complaint to them regarding there poor service still no action has been taken.

@VodafoneIN The lady from customer service is saying, she registered one more fresh complaint, similar to the last complain made 3 months before. And she said by 2nd August the service may get resume. When I asked her to provide the same what u promising through e-mail she had no answer.

@ViCustomerCare This is a big fraud co who never sticks to their own commitments. I applied for P2P but VI assured a waiver of Rs 295/- thrice ..That day has never come.. Lying n fake commitments are synonymous with VI. Word of caution to all, beware or else gets cheated like me.
