Monthly @ViCustomerCare charged very high amount for their worst service. Vi added so many VAS from their side and charged it on customers. You charged so much but at least give some service. I even discourage ppl to get it. Vi doesn't train it's ppl for customer retention, if it wasn't for Jio/Airtel it would have been boasting till date.
