@VodafoneIN @Idea giving worst service. They should be fined heavily for call drop , data not working and spam messages. Even if you block through TRAI APP they will not stop .

@VodafoneIN Hi!, I have been very polite ever since I started with Vodafone and you never seem to solve or help when the customer is having issues either with signal or with data speed. Give me a deadline as to when can you resolve the long existing issue.

@VodafoneIN the signal strength and connectivity speeds on 4G are horrible. usually speeds are around 900kbps.. Request the technical team to call and visit my premises and resolve the issue. I have been trying to resolve since long time..

They just barred my number and shared a bill of 1200 un used and unwanted services activated without my notice, although my billing cycle is on 17th of every month. Sick network and sick support @VodafoneIN @Airtel_Presence

@ViCustomerCare Guys, you're only showing the higher plans in your app and not the lower plans. I wish to downgrade my plan due to bad service and low usage. Send me urgently the plans lower than 399. @TRAI customers are forced to opt ONLY for higher plans from the app.
