Missing @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I think choosing @VodafoneIN @Idea was a big Mistake as both getting worse day by day and if same speed continue, I am sure @VodafoneIN will be out from #India very soon. They are not even able to solve any single problem in last 1 year. 🇮🇳

@VodafoneIN @rmstakkar Ravinder, Do waive off 177 rupees including tax that u ve done without any information, else I ll switch to different network, ve been using postpaid service fm 2012, or fix d network problem in my area I m ok with the minimum retal plan.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Have filed multiple complaints regarding the network issue in past but nothing has been resolved. The internet speed is worse than 2G in Bengaluru. Nowadays other networks are working better than Airtel. @VodafoneIN @reliancejio @Idea

@VodafoneIN But I don't want to continue as I am getting 2g or 3g and that also after lot's of TAMASA in city like B'lor.. How can I trust tell me last 1 year I'm stuck with Vodafone and today's no current & I'm dependent on Mobile net & bt network is hell & not able to open any site. 🙄

@VodafoneIN @rmstakkar Ravinder, Again ur organization started drama by stopping my services, do activate ASAP, fm 2012 I don't ve any single problem, during ur tym everything cmg, ur team did nt inform me earlier, why I ll pay 105 rupees, pls do waive off, other I ll switch 2 different network shortly

Apparently due to a “service outage issue.” As per the store manager, I’ll have to wait until Wednesday 2pm for this issue to be resolved. Terrible #customerexp Vi. Do better.

Worst Customer Service @ViCustomerCare....Recharged my number twice in a hour. Still recharge is not done after 5 hours. No refund in credited in my account. Customer care services is not able to connect call to executive.Worst Service. I will not continue with this network.
