    @ViCustomerCare Thank you...i ll definitely do this...i have been trusting Vodafone to resolve the ongoing network coverage issue for many years now..but that didn't work out...I feel that I am wasting my money to pay the bills on time and I deserve a better service.

    @ViCustomerCare Same information mentioned that your network doesn't have any issue. Which is not gonna help me. I had visited Vi-store today and they took sim replacement request and gave a new sim. Let's see if my gets resolved or not.

    @ViCustomerCare No solutions received yet on unstable network connectivity. Send your personal at 560035 pincode, kodathi village gram panchayat and get this checked why network is unstable here.

    @ViCustomerCare Today I had to call same person 7-10 times but still couldn’t talk even single time coz of your excellent Network strength. Have realised to better port out rather than complaining here. Absolutely pathetic network.

    @ViCustomerCare I complained so many time about the network issues, My postpaid plan is 499 +gst. I am paying 588rs. Around 600rs am I paying to listen fake claim of India's fastest 4g network!! Don't give any #Jumla

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Sir, I am using vi network from last 6 years. The network coverage in my area was really good. But there have been many flaws like singles in the past few months. No net connectivity, call drops etc. I have made several complaints through your customer support teams.
