@VodafoneIN just got a call from you guys where person told me if you buy redx you will get more speed. I asked her is it 5g network.. she said no 4g only. Now the unethical things is who pays more gets more speed. Shame on u voda

@VodafoneIN I don't see any action taken against my request even after sharing my number via DM! Disgusting. Also note that the network fluctuations and call drops have started from last two days. If you cannot service I would switch over.

@ViCustomerCare You have dumbest customer care seems like. I raised complaint yesterday for network black our in our area. The network restored in an hour. A day after I got call from your customer care and that guy was saying you will get the resolution in 4 days.
