Only repeated generic responses are being provided without any actual resolution. Clear proof has already been shared (payment at 11:59 PM and misleading “Unlimited Data” offer). A local mini store called asking me to convert to postpaid; when I refused, they said no delivery agent is available. Customer care assured delivery but 24+ hrs no update.
