@VodafoneIN Vodafone Customer care chargeable at 50p for 3 mins is fine, but what about consumers trying to connect to Vodafone care. The call gets disconnected, similar to the call drops that happens frequently. As usual pathetic customer service offered to prepaid consumers.

@MoSarkar @ViCustomerCare check VAS services they have a tendency of stealing idle balance , i personally know of 8 numbers with proof , just switch network as i will do as soon as i can, this guys just do what is their best steal , instead of focussing on best possible provision customer service
