@VodafoneIN The lady from customer service is saying, she registered one more fresh complaint, similar to the last complain made 3 months before. And she said by 2nd August the service may get resume. When I asked her to provide the same what u promising through e-mail she had no answer.

@pilak_roy @VodafoneIN I will port both my numbers. If we fail to pay bill, we will be penalised by the same date. But when Vodafone fails to abide with the agreement with consumer and provide service they want us to wait till their timeline to get thinks to be addressed or sometimes resolved.

@im_milan @VodafoneIN @TRAI Exactly from last 6-7 months they keep on repeating the same excuses. We had issues in maintenance of towers!!! Now they had issue bcoz of @Idea merger. Fck they will expand their business with disgusting service and we will pay bills timely with all kind of #Taxes to run them.

Order DCHD12042367855 created on 12 April for new sim. Till date no sim delivered and the customer care people says they don't speak English only Hindi. Also no option to transfer it to someone who can speak English. Pathetic service. False promises. @ViCustomerCare
