I am getting the worst ever service from Vodafone for a few months. I am cheated once agin by subscribing to the red x Plan (999), it offers 1.5 times speed. Got new SIM to upgrade from 2G to 4G, was assured by the store staff that it will be activated within 1 hour, already past 4 hrs still waiting. Upon calling IVR, response is they haven't received any request yet.
