    Had the worst experience at the @ChennaiAirport. If you need to connect to free WiFi by @VodafoneIN, you need to have a mobile number to receive OTP. Foreign travellers should be able to access Internet without a mobile connection. @AAI_Official should look into it

    @ViCustomerCare @googlemaps if you are new to Mumbai and planning to use G Maps to find your way in the city then please do not use maps on VI their network sucks. instead of hearing directions you will hear GPS loss. Also webpages on chrome do not open.

    The customer care doesn’t give solution, there is poor service & you keep on loosing customers to your competitors. Vodafone use to one the best but today it is one of the WORST service. Today I am done with your service @ViCustomerCare finally because I am just tired of it.

    @ViCustomerCare I have a problem in sending a PORT message it shows failed every time although I have entered correct details, I think Vi blocked PORT message service resolve my problem fast as soon as possible.
