    @VodafoneIN All day was expecting a call but nothing. Not a single call. Is there a timeline for the call so that we know someone will call us else we do not want to wait all day and night. Calls for bill payment come on time but problems dont even get resolved.

    @Idea @VodafoneIN I remember before jio came, I had to pay RS. 249 to buy just 1gb data for a month, which means it's transparent that how you were cheating the customer, as soon as jio introduced I switched over to jio, the time has as your shares fell to rs 10, u wil be kicked out completely.

    @VodafoneIN Visited Vodafone store in East Tambaram but stil didnt get the resolution. Complaint No is also not given for refund of Rs. 3759/-. Please send the cheque atleast nown

    @VodafoneIN This isn't the first time that Vodafone has debited my account balance in an unauthorised way. I had around ₹100 in main balance which came down to ₹20. I have the mails that I've sent to appellate EVERY WEEK to support my claim. I'm done with your games.

    @ViCustomerCare it's very unfortunate to see VI is cheating their customer. Past 1 year my VI bill was around 550 only. And on 13th I have given the opt out Request to VI and the final bill that's from 15th April - 14th May shows as 1250 which is ever highest. I'm take it to TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare I called Vi Customer and activated the IR pack for UK for 3999 for 10 days on 9320910563, but wrong IR pack for 3999 for 30 days was activated, I called and complained, #4-1790829275405 which is still not resolved, bad Vi Customer service Need resolution now

    @ViCustomerCare I activated ₹3,999 for your IR pack on Oct 3, but outgoing calls didn’t work for most of. Raised complaints, no real fix, now you’re refusing a refund. 13 yrs of loyalty means nothing? I’ll have to port to airtel or jio if not resolved. #Vifail
