    2/2 @TRAI to pay Rs 500 approx which I paid amd asked them to terminate the phone number, they sent me a demand letter again in Feb and the same issue happened now in October they have sent me a demand letter again @VodafoneIN I am tired of this.

    @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare @PMOIndia Got a call from one of the agents , he is saying we cannot do anything . We will not even tell what is the issue and he is asking me not use internet for 48 hours. This complete loot of our money . Need an immediate help.

    @ViCustomerCare I was never faced such issue in Vodafone network. Past 10 days there is no proper network support in our location. More number of complaints are registered there is no use.. u know one thing don't loose the valuable customer 😡😡😡 pin code 603202..

    @ViCustomerCare it's very unfortunate to see VI is cheating their customer. Past 1 year my VI bill was around 550 only. And on 13th I have given the opt out Request to VI and the final bill that's from 15th April - 14th May shows as 1250 which is ever highest. I'm take it to TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Any update on complaint raised as it was told in 17th July that it will be resolved within 7days . Hopefully 7days of Vi have 10 days as it's 27 today. Or its more than 10 days. Or you don't care for customers, whether he is happy or not with ur services
