    Never seen such a PATHETIC SERVICE from any of the service providers like @reliancejio Their customer support is equally mediocre @JioCare , simultaneously I am using @VodafoneIN which is far far better than these money minded crooks. Talking to their cc is sheer waste of time .

    @VodafoneIN 1 hr before one CC executive cld me and asked me about D issue. After explaining D issue I told him that I am willing to pay D amount minus delay payment & other extra charges4 which he said he is taking a request 2wave off. Whe I chat with ur team they gave a different story.

    Excellent customer care by @VodafoneIN . No response to service issue, Complained all levels but no one bothered. They are bothered abt payment, for this poor service they expect the customer to pay on time If not charging penalty & Barring connection as well. Great going Voda

    @Krishna1974 @VodafoneIN KK this is a problem I am having with Vodafone in Porur for the last several months. At last in the last 10 days one of their engineers came and told me my complaint is genuine, and that their main office will call me. That’s all my problem continues.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been facing issues with porting message. Your agents are putting complaints and at their own convenience they are sending a message the issue has been resolved. There is absolutely no resolution. If this is not resolved I will approach the consumer court.

    @ViCustomerCare Still m facing the same outgoing call barred issue on my Vi number.Its almost 12 days, whenever i spoke to any executive whether he's/ She's from your call center or your social media handling executive. They said the same answer that my issue will be resolved within 24/48/72 Hr

    @ViCustomerCare is Swift and they readily listen and resolve customer problem, Somewhat same can be said about @reliancejio But @airtelindia is just charging highest and want additional top-up for sending porting SMS (PORT<space>ur 10 digit mobile number) to 1900.
