    @VodafoneIN Thatโ€™s the next issue. There was no SMS communication about this pack activation and balance deduction in the first place. And there is no way I can see all past deductions through ur iOS app. I got to know through your customer care rep.

    @ViCustomerCare Itโ€™s been 3+ days since I booked a VI SIM home delivery (16 May) and there is still no update or delivery. No response from home delivery support, and 198 is just redirecting without resolution. This is unacceptable service.
