    @ViCustomerCare what does it take to provide a better network in a city like Bangalore? Being a postpaid customer & paying hefty bills that you charge is not able to get proper network and 4G data. What are you guys doing? At this age and time your network sucks!

    @ViCustomerCare Hi .. I am paying 299/- every month and I am not getting proper net service .. And I tried to lodge a complaint and your service number 198 is not taking input as I mentioned in the tweet .

    @ViCustomerCare such a pathetic network from vodafone. In emergency if you want to call someone using vodafone network then vodafone make sure that the call can not be connected...

    @ViCustomerCare For more than 8 years we are having problems of signals in our house. Once inside all your signal bar goes blank. Using 4G is a dream. Despite several complaints your company has failed miserably to address this issue. Is your technology so outdated or is it sheer contempt

    Having an extremely poor customer care experience with @ViCustomerCare. Have had hassles at multiple levels from getting a new sim to my transition to the family pack. Your representatives from the Basaveshwarnagar store are not responding.

    @ViCustomerCare Shared the details, not too hopeful about the quality of response or resolution. The Vodafone stores need to be closed as they are practically useless. The only thing they apparently deliver in store are new/replacement sim cards, nothing else!

    I'm a postpaid user of VI. Total 6 Connections of VI i'm having. Monthly @ViCustomerCare charged very high amount for their worst service. Vi added so many VAS from their side and charged it on customers. You charged so much but at least give some service. Hight disappointed.

    @ViCustomerCare No more a VI customer now. Ported to airtel. Thanks for trying to resolve the complaint since last 3 years. Improve in terms of your outward communications (sms, calls) to customers, helpdesk quality, network and other things. @DoT_India @TRAI involving you here

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Sir I too am facing similar problem from Vi. Since 21st October 2021 my outgoing SMS are barred though I have unlimited recharge, correct SMSC number and replaced the SIM too. I can't do my banking on mobile, lost business and can't even port out.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear customer care...My mother is using a number your VI number ..and every time she is recharging Rs.99/- deducting towards caller tune.. a senior citizen who is using the number in a small and non Smart phone...still they are deducting amount in that poor lady.
