Monthly @ViCustomerCare charged very high amount for their worst service. Vi added so many VAS from their side and charged it on customers. You charged so much but at least give some service. The vendor told me that an unlimited recharge was included with the porting process, but after my SIM got activated, I found that no recharge has been done. The vendor is not available now, and I am unable to make calls. Kindly look into this issue and help me activate the promised recharge as soon as possible.
