But somehow your billing system always works well, disconnects outgoing calls if not paid on time. I don't get any kind of discounts inspite of bad signals, 4g troubles etc

Close to 15yrs of association but after a point the services just didn't keep up with changing times. Among major cities, 4G services in B'lore was disappointing to say the least.
