@ViCustomerCare you only offered me free Amazon Prime, I didn't ask for it when I was porting last time assuring to resolve my network issues. And now when I am porting out of Vodafone due to network issues you are charging me for Amazon Prime. Shameful

It is now 14 days since I raised this concern. @vodafonein1 @ViCustomerCare run the most inefficient customer care service in India. Period.

@navkumaryadav @ViCustomerCare I agree. That is the only reason why I am not changing from Voda. At the end of the day, these 2 or 3 companies care 2 hoots for customers. I would LOVE to work for such a customer service, where service = 0 ! #VodafoneIdea
