    @ViCustomerCare is the wrst service provider. They aded wrng charges to my bill in June and till date they haven’t resolved the same. And now their agent is threatening me and my family on top they hv even stopped my outgoing calls. @DoPTGoI @cpgrams please help

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare I have many times tweeted but I didn't get a resolution for my complaint. So @ViCustomerCare I didn't pay the bill of Rs 645 and I am closing this number also. The reason for the bill not paying is that I'm raising a complaint from the first day.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia This is bad i complaint that i am unable to send sms incoming sms are fine and i just recharged 666inr but no outgoing sms working and i just recieved message as update to my complaint that says it's resolved but it's really not this is terrible

    @ViCustomerCare one of the worst network i ever saw. Launched several complaints but no resolution for network coverage. Complaint no : 4-137650305665 This is latest complaint I hope it gets resolve. If not will port out to @Airtel_Presence Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare Got the call from VI Social Media Team, Asked what exactly issue facing. Explained in detail but the person who called not ready to accept that there is problem or issue in VI and started arguing on it. Apart from that not ready to take complaint as well. This is what VI is
