    @ViCustomerCare I am using 8140801908 no from 2009. From last 2 days getting error "not registered on network" Visited makarpura customer care center. They informed that this no. Is registered to other person name. What rubbish is this? How it can be possible? Give me solution.

    @ViCustomerCare It is not about noting it. Who will pay for my losses. My number is closed and that is also for no reason. Is this because I have taken vodafone. This is really the damn worst service. Customer care no response. @rmstakkar see sir this is the support from ur company. Worst

    @VodafoneIN I think better to say it is just a assurance not a resolution, and I repeat I got assurance so many time before. So as per our communication try to trian ur 198 agent or u will lose customer like me. And I will not continue more then 90 days if this will happens again #clearhai

    @VodafoneIN @youbroadband Yesterday whole day broadband was down. In evening it started. Today from morning its again stopped. As today is Sunday nobody is attending nearby 4 km area. Shame on such services. Govt employees also attend problem on Sunday bt Youbroadband will not.

    @VodafoneIN it's improve with turbonet 4G. But still not satisfied. Getting 1.5 Mbps download speed in Vadodara city (Near Abhilasha). Please upgrade your network.

    Between @airtelindia and @ViCustomerCare who has better service and network and plans ? JIO has cheapest plan but their network is absent so useless. Need better coverage in Western suburbs and overall Mumbai/Pune belt

    @ViCustomerCare Useless customer service When a issue is reported they give ****** reasons as to why it's so They say will share troubleshooting steps but don't They don't attempt a phone call and respond via email stating you said no issue Cheap to the core for so many years.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia took my 70yr old uncle , jst discharged from hospital, to a store for lost SIM reactivation after 20yr of usage. KYC redone. Biometrics done. New SIM issued. “2 hours” they said. It’s still dead. system doesn’t reflect KYC. What is this service?

    @ViCustomerCare Very bad and poor quality customer support they didn't know how to talk to a customer they were very rude to me I want to tell every vi customer please leave the vi .. network now they are fraud.they are always not able to resolve customer support.

    @ViCustomerCare ordered the sim online and even paid for the number of my choice and I'm waiting for 2 days . There is no update on the tracking system. It shows an appointment scheduled. While my local customer service said you have to cancel it.

    @ViCustomerCare I’m using a VI 5G unlimited plan on my Realme device in Sarkhej, Ahmedabad (Gujarat). My phone shows a 5G network, but data is still being deducted from my daily pack instead of unlimited 5G. I’ve already raised a complaint, but the issue isn’t resolved yet.
