Center has replaced PCB for mob but issue remain the same and they said @VodafoneIN signal is bad always and no supp will be givn from sams mob. Is this a genuine reply

Out of 4 bars, I am not getting more than 3 bar under full coverage area with half the speed compared to other phone. I raised a request to port frm VI to Airtel. Later in the day I gt a call from @ViCustomerCare executive posing as Airtel executive & made me cancel my porting request under the pretext that Im cancelling my VI billing so my porting is successful. If ths isnt fraud, then wt is it
