    @ViCustomerCare I am facing internet issue since Friday 17th September. Internet users to be running on super high speed earlier supporting 2 devices on hotspot and now suddenly can’t even send 1 liner text message. Customer care told that engineers working on this issue however

    @ViCustomerCare since we have initiated number port out request we are getting 4-5 calls daily in this regard. Stop this harassment immediately. @DoT_India @TRAI please take a note. Number porting is resulting in harassment from the service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare I have port from BSNL to VI but don't know why taken so much time to activation. I am abke to see VI network but calls are not getting connected. I have visiting VI store they also not given the exact activation ETA The UPC for your mobile BZ554322

    @sktei007 @ViCustomerCare Bro did that, but it aint working either, thanks for the suggestion, but now that I use JIO more I have put that in no 1, also did the APN multiple times as per cust care instructions, point being VI have a major network issue in that area. And they are being ignorant about it.

    @ViCustomerCare Rohan Kritika society Sihagad road Pune already signal tooo weak worse upon that today absolutely no network. What should we call such services. Yesterday morning Sukhsagar Nagar Katraj no network. Should I report such services to TRAI....?????

    @ViCustomerCare i have taken new Sim card by default we should pay for 4months, i paid INR 2000plus taxes, now sim is activated but i am getting calls from other persons who was using the same number, now that guys sim has activated to me now i am facing this issue daily..
