A Vodafone customer has gone to US. Before leaving he asked Vodafone service to keep his number on Hold. However as his stay in US got extended Vodafone deactivated his number. @VodafoneIN

After further follow up on mail he received a mail asking him to visit his nearest Vodafone service centre, in Vadodara, Gujarat, though he has informed Vodafone office that he is in US. @VodafoneIN

@VodafoneIN UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance. Getting the same message .. customer care also not helping. No call even received in past 2 days
