@ViCustomerCare worst inhuman behaviour by Vi. my grandma ws hospitalised for COVID n lost her mobile there, she’s still on O2 @ home n cant travel. Wen askd to giv us a duplicate SIM card with her Aadhar card they insist that the patient herself comes.
