    @VodafoneIN please learn the concept of consent. A single button press cannot be both request & confirmation. I just got deducted 30 bucks for caller tunes coz apparently I pressed * when I called someone. And customer care is refusing refund #consent #noMeansNo

    @ViCustomerCare Extremly diasppointed with your services. My complaint for bad connection was closed even without some1 speaking with me. Why the hell do you issue simcards when you can not provide better connectivity.
