@VodafoneIN please learn the concept of consent. A single button press cannot be both request & confirmation. I just got deducted 30 bucks for caller tunes coz apparently I pressed * when I called someone. And customer care is refusing refund #consent #noMeansNo

@ViCustomerCare First fix the long pending network issue in the area which I reside (urban) then come up with such crappy Idea. Please don't be sorry and ask the more on this. If you are really interested then go back to the history of complaints raised by me and look at the answer.
