@VodafoneIN please learn the concept of consent. A single button press cannot be both request & confirmation. I just got deducted 30 bucks for caller tunes coz apparently I pressed * when I called someone. And customer care is refusing refund #consent #noMeansNo

@ViCustomerCare Hi, If a prepaid customer recharges 2 days before validity expiry of existing plan, why the existing validity gets lapsed and why it doesn't starts from the expiry date. @reliancejio is offering this. No loss of validity if you reacharge early. Can you please help

@ViCustomerCare For a Promised Waiver after my request for PORT OUT of Vodafone, you are now saying -not possible for any waiver. Complaint is pending for almost 1 month now.. A executive comes and says.. can waive Rs.10,then Rs. 50 - STOP treating your customers as BEGGARS.
