    @VodafoneIN please learn the concept of consent. A single button press cannot be both request & confirmation. I just got deducted 30 bucks for caller tunes coz apparently I pressed * when I called someone. And customer care is refusing refund #consent #noMeansNo

    @ViCustomerCare I have read your policies carefully after my experience with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia and seems like Vi would be a great choice. Airtel has no way to pardon an honest mistake of the customer. So I am fine with it.

    @ViCustomerCare Network issue has started again in Harchanda, Bahraich, UP 271904. I complained 15 days ago and got only a temporary fix. From last 2–3 days signal is weak/no service and internet is very slow. Please provide a permanent solution.
