vikas (@vikaschitrath) reported from Kozhikode, Kerala@ViCustomerCare I ported to jio as prepaid .several times I contacted vi for changing from postpaid to prepaid but then the customer care says that this is more economical and you stay with current plan ,like it's very cheaper and they charged me 1178. 16 year long relation ended. #virobbery

Network is unstable and indoor coverage is poor. Don’t claim “strong 5G.” Fix it first. If this continues, I will port out after July first week.

But for important things like incoming calls nd OTPs will be stopped, there was no proper information. And which operator stops all incoming calls and SMS within just 2 days? Never heard of this before.
