@ViCustomerCare I ported to jio as prepaid .several times I contacted vi for changing from postpaid to prepaid but then the customer care says that this is more economical and you stay with current plan ,like it's very cheaper and they charged me 1178. 16 year long relation ended. #virobbery

@VodafoneIN please learn the concept of consent. A single button press cannot be both request & confirmation. I just got deducted 30 bucks for caller tunes coz apparently I pressed * when I called someone. And customer care is refusing refund #consent #noMeansNo

@ViCustomerCare This is the deposit with vi that you are sending me. 500 deposit was there with vi plus 81 Rupees that is advance payment 400 done while porting. You have not considered my issue yet. @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare Plz all, kindly switch to someother service providers as this vi has robbed all my money in a post paid connection.with my request to change to postpaid they very convincingly promised to stay in postpaid and charged 1200 /- for my plan of 299 #virobbery

@ViCustomerCare Vi has a pathetic service. In my area your 4G internet speed is lesser than 2G. I only use this sim for SMS, and you have excluded SMS in most of cheap plans. If I don't get the SMS back in cheap plan. I will port to other netwrk provider.This is a serious issue.
