    @ViCustomerCare This is the deposit with vi that you are sending me. 500 deposit was there with vi plus 81 Rupees that is advance payment 400 done while porting. You have not considered my issue yet. @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare I advice all vi customers to switch to some other service providers. This vi will rob us in all possible ways.

    @ViCustomerCare Have done this with your customer care several times and I don't have time for that now. This is not only my story the most people getting this one. @rsprasad Sir requesting you to kindly have a look at this issue.

    @ViCustomerCare Plz all, kindly switch to someother service providers as this vi has robbed all my money in a post paid connection.with my request to change to postpaid they very convincingly promised to stay in postpaid and charged 1200 /- for my plan of 299 #virobbery

    @ViCustomerCare I ported to jio as prepaid .several times I contacted vi for changing from postpaid to prepaid but then the customer care says that this is more economical and you stay with current plan ,like it's very cheaper and they charged me 1178. 16 year long relation ended. #virobbery

    @VodafoneIN please learn the concept of consent. A single button press cannot be both request & confirmation. I just got deducted 30 bucks for caller tunes coz apparently I pressed * when I called someone. And customer care is refusing refund #consent #noMeansNo

    @ViCustomerCare Called VI Customer Care to port my Airtel number to a VI postpaid connection. Instead of assisting, the executive repeatedly and insensitively asked me to visit a VI Store, refusing to provide any support over the call. Is this the level of service VI offers?

    Funny how @ViCustomerCare calls me 2-3 times daily for recharge reminders, but after multiple complaints about poor network speed and calling issues, complete silence. If only customer service worked as fast as your collection team. @ViCustomerCare

    I called 198 @ViCustomerCare to report the network issues.However, instead of assuring me that the problem would be resolved,the customer care representative simply told me“You can port your number.”As a customer, such an irresponsible response is truly surprising & disappointing
