@VodafoneIN please learn the concept of consent. A single button press cannot be both request & confirmation. I just got deducted 30 bucks for caller tunes coz apparently I pressed * when I called someone. And customer care is refusing refund #consent #noMeansNo

I’ve been a loyal @VodafoneIN postpaid user for 4+ years, but the last 1 year na has been frustrating poor network, slow internet, and fake promises from customer care. When it’s time for bills, 100 calls a day. When there’s a network issue no callback for 72 hours.

@ViCustomerCare it's been more than a couple of days that my VI outgoing is affected. Issue - everything I call anyone it says the number is invalid. Such a bad service.
