@VodafoneIN . Charges levied without without using netflix 2. my waiver request rejected 3. calling 199 my call never connected to customer care executive 4. netflix is free for 1 month 5 i immediately deactivated it 6 Does vodafone not want to retain old customers

Instead of rectifying their internal glitch @VodafoneIN have yet another time #barred my service. My ECS mandate for processing of their bill is still active as confirmed by my bank. Surprised to receive a call from @Idea, though without a solution & @VodafoneIN are all deaf ears

Jio and Airtel customers know very well that they will be getting 5g service shortly, but #vi customers don't know when they will get Vowifi. @ViCustomerCare they don't even have good 4g indoor coverage. There is no commitment when it will improve.
