    Instead of rectifying their internal glitch @VodafoneIN have yet another time #barred my service. My ECS mandate for processing of their bill is still active as confirmed by my bank. Surprised to receive a call from @Idea, though without a solution & @VodafoneIN are all deaf ears

    @VodafoneIN . Charges levied without without using netflix 2. my waiver request rejected 3. calling 199 my call never connected to customer care executive 4. netflix is free for 1 month 5 i immediately deactivated it 6 Does vodafone  not want to retain old customers

    @ViCustomerCare It's been 10 days in pune and I'm struggling so much for good internet. It's network is so bad here. Pune is one of the IT hubs yet VI network is so terrible here. Plz solve this problem 🙏.

    @ViCustomerCare I have ported form Airtel to VI after getting network in VI sim I am unable to do televerification by calling 59059. When can I expect my sim to be activated? Is this the way you treat new customers? I have ported thinking of good service. Dint expect this 🤬🤬🤬

    @ViCustomerCare It's been 10 days in Pune.and the network of my sim is so bad that I'm pissed. Earlier idea merged in to Vi, also they have increased there rates so much but no improvement towards better internet whatsoever. Plz solve my internet problem @ViCustomerCare ,
