    In the era where a new number gets activated in 5 mins, i had a different experience with @VodafoneIN where a number obtained at 4PM on 19th is still not activated. Poor service at #Sector27 Store and care team has no info on the number. Should have chosen a different telecom.

    Moved to panchkula in september 2019. Its been 4 months facing network issues with @VodafoneIN daily, call getting drop, no 4G coverage. Have raised complaints several times, all the time I am getting response that we are installing new towers. @ergyanesh @airtelindia @PMOIndia

    @ViCustomerCare I have IDEA sim card. 4G network resets every 12 minutes or so. After this, it takes another 30 seconds or so for the sim to get registered on the Vi network. Yes, I have calculated the duration many times over. It's annoying. Don't you think so ?

    @ViCustomerCare you people are lousie,no co-ordination ,no resolution.keep complicating issues. you will do everything to prevent customers from porting out. Despite giving company documents you are finding newer faults in the issue? I appeal to all don't go for vodafoneidea.

    @ViCustomerCare To (hopefully) resolve this issue, I visited the nearby Vi Store. Your personnel there, told me this ... "As you don't have a Vi sim, if the network bars vanish on your phone, you may loose your number for ever." Now, what can you explain about this threat ?

    @ViCustomerCare That personnel of yours, also stated that, I need to pay INR 75 for new Vi sim + INR 150 for recharging this new sim. What kind of loot is this ? I have already recharged my Idea sim few days ago ... why do I need to pay for your existing bad efficiency ?
