Instead of rectifying their internal glitch @VodafoneIN have yet another time #barred my service. My ECS mandate for processing of their bill is still active as confirmed by my bank. Surprised to receive a call from @Idea, though without a solution & @VodafoneIN are all deaf ears

We have also informed him that we will continue upgrading existing sites in order to improve the quality of our existing network (2/3)
