    @VodafoneIN . Charges levied without without using netflix 2. my waiver request rejected 3. calling 199 my call never connected to customer care executive 4. netflix is free for 1 month 5 i immediately deactivated it 6 Does vodafone  not want to retain old customers

    @VodafoneIN Sir  No body is responding to my problem why , you deducted money from my phone without subscribing and no body is responding neither customer care nor any senior . If you keep doing that I will switch to another companies  Regards

    I understand that #migration of #subscriber base is a tedious process, but even despite having put forth the request, having show the facts, @VodafoneIN people don’t want to reconcile their flaws, have no qualms for subjecting their #customer to #coercion

    Instead of rectifying their internal glitch @VodafoneIN have yet another time #barred my service. My ECS mandate for processing of their bill is still active as confirmed by my bank. Surprised to receive a call from @Idea, though without a solution & @VodafoneIN are all deaf ears

    @Rohit86574966 @VodafoneIN @nickgliddon Poor service by Vodafone/idea. Three time rechargr done by me still incoming service not working. CC advisors also shared incorrect information. Wastage of money as using vodafone poor service. Will switch to Airtel Good operator

    @ViCustomerCare Network issue!! Internet speed is very less, sometimes not opening or download media files. It’s very bad experience and your service tram is asking to resolve issue within five days ! I am surprise !

    @ViCustomerCare my problem haven’t rectified That Switchoff problem When my friends call me to my vi number it is showing the number is switchoff please rectify the issue happening with both Airtel and Bsnl operators who are calling to my vi number note I am postpaid user..!
