    Instead of rectifying their internal glitch @VodafoneIN have yet another time #barred my service. My ECS mandate for processing of their bill is still active as confirmed by my bank. Surprised to receive a call from @Idea, though without a solution & @VodafoneIN are all deaf ears

    @VodafoneIN . Charges levied without without using netflix 2. my waiver request rejected 3. calling 199 my call never connected to customer care executive 4. netflix is free for 1 month 5 i immediately deactivated it 6 Does vodafone  not want to retain old customers

    @ViCustomerCare Not resolved yet, last update was to get an closure in 24hrs and its been 27hrs since then. In total, its been 7+ days of my ticket being in progress status. It seems no escape for me with such terrible partnership I chose with Vi. Every time I only have to follow-up. @DoT_India

    @IAmit_Yadav @vodafoneIN customer’s location, we were able to conclude that the network sites at the location are fully optimized and working at their full capacity. We have also informed him that we will continue upgrading existing sites in order to improve the quality of our existing network (2/3)
