    @ViCustomerCare Hey @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare,writing on behalf of a friend.They bought an IR pack with no upfront country list, only to find Vietnam wasn't covered. Contacted support immediately, but reps delayed until auto-activation to deny a refund! Need this escalated & refunded ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately

    @ViCustomerCare I am disappointed with your services, using your ₹859 recharge where it was mentioned that this plan includes unlimited 5G, but after my 1.5GB limit the network stops working. I tried calling customer care, but the call bot does not help me connect with a human.
