    pathetic response by @ViCustomerCare service. outrightly declined my request, didn't transfer call 2 manager + denied to provide complaint/ref #. ₹499 recharge done by error, I called within 10 mins but no consideration. Kindly cancel recharge & refund. I haven't used service.

    @DoT_India my issue is still not resolved @ViCustomerCare telling me that the tower is providing 2g network why they are charging me for 4g? @TRAI they are telling me to wait for 90 days.
