What the hell @ViCustomerCare? I have recharged for Callertune service on 26th June, 2021 but VAS is showing deactivated. When I called your customer care they are adamant that I have deactivated it today. Bullshit.

@ViCustomerCare Scam alert - VI will sell you postpaid numbers with no network, prepaid number can get suspended and the customer care wont notice your tweets and concerns about the existing issues with the number. This is how you retain customers? Got 4 VI numbers in the fam gotta port 😡

@ViCustomerCare services of VI BAD. After manali no network in HP, JISPA,DARCHA...AND SARCHA... there is no prepaid and postpaid is working. Airtel& JIO is absolutely working with strong network. We were in group around 200 person facing same issues. Very poor.
