@ViCustomerCare it’s a matter of great concern for me that I have to make a complaint within a month to get smooth service on my Postpaid No. I am highly disappointed and need permanent solution not instant relief.

@JAYJS10 @ViCustomerCare Keep collecting proofs that network issues are there. Lodge complain on National Consumer Helpline. And finally, porting out with any other company is advisable as @ViCustomerCare won't be able to resolve network issues.

@ViCustomerCare Part 2 My entire bank account linked to vi no.. to get one otp i hv to travel almost 2-3 km.. as i dnt hv any option.. in emergency i cnt even transfer my money.. And when i asked for port no you said you will going to resolve is asap.....

To send costing Re 1 a @ViCustomerCare customer should recharge by minimum of Rs 128 although VI network is dead @ViCustomerCare . @DoT_India please be strong
