@TRAI @VodafoneIdeaIN why the hell I am not able send text message from my vi prepaid, even I have sufficient balance in my main account. @ViCustomerCare Your customer care executive says that I have to recharge more than 120 + rs to send text message.

@ViCustomerCare I have never been so disappointed with any network provider's services. The HR team of my company is trying to get a simple CUG task done for our business but it is taking forever. No reply from Vi team since July. Portability is our only resort. @rmstakkar
