    Worst Customer care service by @ViCustomerCare at the Brahma Majestic store of Vodafone. Their agent named Azhar was arrogant, aggressive and almost abusive. Such a shame, who will want to do any business with you. I felt so humiliated....@VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare I am sorry but this looks like an eye wash of a customer service. 24 hours further and still no outgoing call service, while your call center says things are normal.

    @ViCustomerCare please look into this ticket at the earliest. I’m in roaming network and the signals are pathetic indoor and outdoor. Can’t browse. Thanks to @airtelindia I got internet. MUM-V00618049759
