@ViCustomerCare It does not look like anyone at Vi Customer Service is smart enough to solve this issue...many people with many different.handsets from different manufacturers are having problems with VoLTE with Vi SIM. No worries ...I will simply not recharge and get a new Jio SIM

@Vaishnavioffl @ViCustomerCare I also migrated to Airtel recently after being with Vi for over 2 decades! And apart from their cursory calls as to why I was porting etc and offering some freebies, they couldnt care a damn! And now getting calls from Vi to port to them from airtel...as if!

@ViCustomerCare has given me nothing but anxiety in the last year. I hardly ever get 4g, and even when I do half the apps don't work. When I travel to remote places there's never any network and I feel handicapped, but @reliancejio ALWAYS has network.

The fact that I have stuck by your garbage company since when you were Hutch, then became Vodafone and now Vi, and I'm porting says a lot about your ****** service. @ViCustomerCare can't even not harass a customer when they're leaving. Get your act together.
