    @ViCustomerCare Recharged for an year on 23rd May2022& bank paid the same on 24th 2 Vi but not recharged!again paid on 27th May & got recharged but Vi didnt refund my money for last 21 days,visited vi outlet,customer service emails but no use,really pathetic ,shall I go to consumer court or TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare We also have Vodafone's tower installed there but that tower is not working.

    @ViCustomerCare @RBI i,ve been using there service for more then 6,7 year but today by mistake i recharge some other no. and when i ask them to divert that recharge to my no. Or refund it they just say they can't do that really disappointed with there service lotting customer

    @ViCustomerCare Your network services are poor, and above that your accounting & billing system proved that they too have lack of accountability and poorest customer care. We have vodafone COCP and are suffering a lot. Big delay in payment update is big prob

    Hi @ViCustomerCare I travelled from India to Netherlands and after landing my VI Sim has stopped working. It is not showing any signal. Happened previously as well when travelled. Could you please help ASAP. Thank you
