    @ViCustomerCare Please undertsand the issue first. This is not an issue only for me. No VI mobiles are able to call MTNL landlines in my exchange. I gave the PINCODE . However you keep asking the same questions again and again without any resolution @BandBajaateRaho

    @ViCustomerCare still being harassed by not changing my post paid to pre paid. I am your 22 years old customer never missed bill payment.Visited your store 4 times spent hours. This is running from pillar to post. Not acceptable

    @ViCustomerCare @AshwiniVaishnaw @TRAI I had chosen a porting option due to a network issue from VI. VI network team asked me to purchase a new Sim. But now the incoming and outgoing messages have been barred for 24 hrs after purchasing the new sim. Please help.
