    @ViCustomerCare network has been down for 4 days in Nirmal, Vasai (PIN 401304)after the heavy rains.Power is back in most tower locations since yesterday, but there is still no mobile signal. Residents are unable to make calls or use data.Kindly restore th network at the earliest

    @ViCustomerCare Any luck with my reactivation @ViCustomerCare Today I got a call on WhatsApp, and the technician asked the same set of questions, same layman excuse and status of my issue is same. Reactivation is NASA level task?

    @ViCustomerCare So far I have not received any call. What a customer service!!! Waiting for your call. If not interested to resolve, pay the share of the revenue generated out of the advertisement and I will discontinue your so called service

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare a simple reactivation request is taking ages to process. Moreover, for reporting this issue on x, i am being harassed by unknown accounts - possibly goons of vi.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI i had ported to VI considering that VI after merger can provide better service, however just 45 days and i am fedup and waiting for rest 45 days to port out. first time by VI’s grace my services are stopped and no support from vi store and customer care.

    @ViCustomerCare Have checked. You mean the issue regarding network coverage has been resolved?? But I did not get any improvement. Not able to call, not able to use mobile data at my location. There is no signals or sometimes 1 bar. Is this your resolution?
