    Instead of rectifying their internal glitch @VodafoneIN have yet another time #barred my service. My ECS mandate for processing of their bill is still active as confirmed by my bank. Surprised to receive a call from @Idea, though without a solution & @VodafoneIN are all deaf ears

    @ViCustomerCare internet work at high speed for 40-50 seconds then suddenly speed drop to 10-20kbps & after 15-20 seconds speed restore to normal and this cycles go on. It ruin all the fun while watching webseries. Please resolve this issue asap

    They have not bothered to revert thereafter for the service request number is 3-109107836377. @amazonIN app states that contact @ViCustomerCare for the issue & they say we are working on it. Wonder what is required to for them to resolve the concern. (4/n) #RavinderTakkar

    @ViCustomerCare Can we hurry this up? You guys send 1 text message and discontinue the services. No calls, no emails, no WhatsApp too. Do you really expect people to keep a watch on their SMS at this time? Being a customer since the last 18-19 years has just brought disappointment.

    @ViCustomerCare very worst service in vi callertunes.1st recharge for callertune service then i see no new songs available for callertune also songs collection was very limited. Dont use vi callertunes with recharge just worthless.dont use it.
