    In the era where a new number gets activated in 5 mins, i had a different experience with @VodafoneIN where a number obtained at 4PM on 19th is still not activated. Poor service at #Sector27 Store and care team has no info on the number. Should have chosen a different telecom.

    @ViCustomerCare revert As we have already deactivated the VAS service of amazon prime subscription from our end on date 18 Sep. So, there is no charges will be add on your number . So, I request you kindly coordinate with amazon customer care for remove this information.

    In a single day, there have been over 50 times when network disappeared and data appeared after wait of over 3-4 mins. Kasam se, have never been pissed off this much in life and the reason is @VodafoneIN. Now I feel @Idea waa better, though same company by my connection migrated.

    Wrote an email on 19 Sep i.e. Sunday & received an email & call stating that kindly send snapshots of the issue, which were shared promptly. On 20 Sep i.e. Monday received call from @ViCustomerCare informing that: technical issue & will be resolved but no defined timeline. (2/n)

    Instead of rectifying their internal glitch @VodafoneIN have yet another time #barred my service. My ECS mandate for processing of their bill is still active as confirmed by my bank. Surprised to receive a call from @Idea, though without a solution & @VodafoneIN are all deaf ears

    @ViCustomerCare , it seems that vi doesn't care about customers. I have been chasing for 5G network since February 2026 and still no action is done on the same. Also nobody replied in the email as well. Very disappointed

    TARRIF FOR THE FAMILY PLAN FOR 2 NO.AFTER DISCUSSIONS WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE I HAD PAID THE FULL BILL,ONE SIM WAS NEVER ACTIVATED THEN AGAIN APPLIED FOR A NEW NUMBER AND ADDED THE NEW NUMBER TO FAMILY PLAN. NOW THE LATE FEES HAS BEEN CHARGED IN CURRENT BILL.@TRAI @ViCustomerCare
