@VodafoneIN i have been trying to contact your customer executive from last 5 days but not able to ..sending you request to resolve my internet problem but you are not doing that. Are we supposed to get treated like that after paying huge amount of bils for for you inter plans.

@ViCustomerCare Even though I’ve unlimited prepaid pack valid till 2nd October, strange enough it tells me I’ve zero balance so I cannot make calls. Customer support on call as well told me they see ‘no problem’ and refused to understand my problem. Terrible service.
