@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Got old sim replaced today with a new one.After 6 hours,there’s sill no network.Called customer care 5 times, no resolution,have been told to go to the Vi store on Monday. 3 hour thing turns to more than 40 hours for a paid service. Disappointed!!

@ViCustomerCare I had converted my connection postpaid to prepaid on today morning but service not yet restored for prepaid Sim I have also raise complaint with vodafone outlet but they said it will be start on Monday..it is really sad that service of company not up to the mark

@ViCustomerCare My sim card is getting no service since the last 3 hours. I've tried everything from reboot to cleaning the sim and putting it back again. The network comes back for a minute and goes back to no service. Frustrated by this and need assistance.
