    @ViCustomerCare hi vi i have been charged rs 3000 extra on my postpaid number as exit fee.plan was activated by mistake and i informed within 12hours and registered complaint.i was promised no such will be leived and if so will be waived off.i have the recordings.helps!

    @ViCustomerCare How can a bed ridden person physically come to a vi mini store for reverification so as to keep the Sim working. Been using the Sim for past 6 years. Horrible service and going to switch to any other service provider

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI My father put in a network porting request as there is a issue frequent call drops and network failure in our area. He has been bombarded with more than 15 calls from VI customer service to not port. please stop harassing senior citizens with such nuisance.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi, Have you any recharge offer only for text message just like in earlier days Rs. 11/- (100msg for 7days)? If you have then please inform me. I have Rs. 194/- in my main/primary balance but didn't know why I can't send a single text message. Please help

    @ViCustomerCare worst network ever even worst than bsnl 604206 is my location here when power cut happened we are not getting signal after power comes only the signal come back we will miss all calls then what is the reason to recharge? **** off 🤬🤬 vi shutdown your network.
