    @ViCustomerCare Lol this is the worst network ever, my bill was paid on 22nd December after which my services were still barred. Today is 5th January and none of your customer care executives know what’s happening and why it’s happening. They just keep making false promises.

    @ViCustomerCare V! only knows how to fool people and this company never keep its promises. I have complaint many times regarding my issues but no response from them. Completely wrost services ever. I am planning to file a case against V! in Consumer court.

    Had a bad experience at the Mini Store of @ViCustomerCare so I went to @reliancejio for a new postpaid connection. They treated me like an @TheOfficialSBI Employee treats their client. “Go & wait outside, we are having our lunch”. What the F*ck!!!

    Perplexed how poor a network @ViCustomerCare is. It keeps only last 6 months bills and one can only download 2 at any moment. Customer care executives pass this off as policy !!! @ViCustomerCare is worse than even a public sector company !
