    @ViCustomerCare - Hello. Good morning to all. Is there anyone, anyone in VI who can resolve? No one seems to understand. Matters are getting from worse to worst. Never new Vodafone could go so bad. Been with for years and did not want to leave. Seem to have no options. Sorry.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello! Your complaint for Digital with reference number MUM-V00891781219 dated 15 Apr 22 02.31 PM is resolved. Complaint has been resolved without solution. Irrespective of error or glitches in ViApp, It’s customers fault not technology. Thank you @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare I'm unable to browse anything. I have active plan worth of ₹839.00 . I stay near Borivali Railway Station East. The network range is full but still facing low internet speed. Even I need a hotspot to upload this tweet. A Big disappointment.

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone number shifted prepaid to postpaid for mobile no.7506721404 in morning around 10.30 am and still number is not activated. Is this service good to customer please look it up in this issue. Closed it asap.

    @ViCustomerCare - Received your short reply. 1st I'm not Prasad. 2nd my last 2 days calls history will tell you the issue. Main issue. Your app homepage is all messed up data. My data is 2gb /day. Today I barely used after 6.00am but balance gone down to 0.62gb.otyer issues too.

    Visited Vodafone store Sion to resolve recharge fail through VIApp. Surprise to hear from staff for online recharge Store can’t resolve it, you have to contact Care or Email. Requested for Customer relationship person who suppose to handle Customer is on leave.@ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Mobile netkork tower located at : Near Police Station, Sanguem, South Goa, Goa is 4G network outge since several days. We can see 2G & 3G but no 4G is available. And Internet dose not work at all on 2g & 3g even if it's available
