    @VodafoneIN Vizag informed that mumbai office has not sent any request n therefore sim can not b activated. This is how u treat Armed Forces Personnel who by nature of their duties move from one city to another n rather than empathising with us u harass us. Sad n disappointing

    @VodafoneIN struggling for last three days to get sim activated. Nice messages fm ur office on tweeter but no action. Helpline staff rude arrogant having little information n therefore of no use. Repeatedly told me that they cannot help. Than who will resolve customers grievance

    Dear @ViCustomerCare i have a vi prepaid sim. Incoming call is stopped on my number due to recharge so I do recharge yesterday after that incoming and outgoing call is active but few minutes later there is no network signal on my number it shows that please insert ur sim card.
