Purvesh Dharamshi (@Purvesh55) reported@ViCustomerCare the services are going bad to worse. IR packs which was suppose to be easy are struggle. The duty free vouchers don’t come in time and packs get activated or requests for deactivated being done without the consent of customer. No process or compliance.

By mistake I selected international roaming of 1 year instead of regular plan, I called customer care after 15 minutes hold he just reply there r no option to reverse.

Order ID: DCHD26082610651 is unacceptable. Cancel my order and process a full refund of ₹365 immediately. Registering a formal NCH complaint next.
