@ViCustomerCare past 4-5 days your network is acting like anything, calls not going through, the ones going through drop in middle, keep up the service and even the customer shifting to you may drop you like the calls your network drops🤷🤷🤷

@ViCustomerCare my location is old allahabad bank near lalwani press road facing severe problem in network .15 days before I had made a complaint still issue is not resolved . If the issue is not resolved I have to switch to jio . So frustrating.

Pathetic service by @ViCustomerCare my post paid number of more than 10 years was disconnected without warning. Called the customer care who had no idea why and were of no help. They insisted I should visit a service centre though I was not comfortable. At the service centre they
