  @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, my internet suddenly stopped working. Internet led is blinking RED continuously, we tried multiple restart, followed network troubleshooting steps given at Vodafone website, problem still exist. Messaged privately awaiting reply.

  @DoT_India Is there any update from your side on the issue i raised last month. I am still receiving calls in Full DND and that from VI to use their app.. again and again they are saying they have resolved issue but i am still receiving calls from @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare told me after visiting belgaum branch- In order to get a 4g SIM i need to go to Delhi because my number belongs from there(Sounded insane and absurd) so much for being a customer for 12 years, hence I decided to port to @airtelindia

  @ViCustomerCare My sim card is getting no service since the last 3 hours. I've tried everything from reboot to cleaning the sim and putting it back again. The network comes back for a minute and goes back to no service. Frustrated by this and need assistance.
