@ViCustomerCare Trerrible customer support. I have been billed postpaid charges for a duration for which my calls & sms services were inactive (due to a fault at your end). On raising a complaint, nobody seems capable to even understand. This is the worst experience ever!

@ViCustomerCare @vodafone Went to surrender a postpaid at Kharampatty (Nagaon) store. Seems like took over charge against unpaid dues. Even not ready to listen my points. Very disappointed. One surrendered & hope will surrender rest connections too for such issue.

@ViCustomerCare We have a family plan and one of the numbers is not able to hear any calls or speak at a specific range of area where we have a good network with the same plan.30 days have passed since our complain .This is the worst experience ever. Technical team is careless.
