    @ViCustomerCare My mother has an idea sim which has stopped giving mobile network abruptly. It's been 2 days now. No issue with the phone as sim not working in any phone. Kindly address this urgently. She is a senior citizen and we need a anytime access of her via phone.

    @ViCustomerCare Why put me at higher pack than what I was paying until last month? Is that why my number was deactivated in the first place, to bill me a higher amount? No response from any customer care,no matter how much I call or seek for a response.

    @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare Mr.@AdityaBirlaGrp why you deducting amount from customer main balance. When you can't afford telecommunication expenses shut it down but don't do this cheap activities. Shame on you.

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged with ₹47 by mistake, now cancelled that service, please refund ₹47. Also tell me how to restore my service, I couldn't find suitable recharge amount.
