@ViCustomerCare Just reset the account, set it default and put the recharge amount in the account. The simplest solution needed cannot be done by so called experts??? Do you have anyone in your technical team who is understand the basics or not???

@ViCustomerCare You have got all the info you need. Your colleague who called got additional info that you don't even need. The issue is on your system where you have locked our number to Western circle only and that is what you need to fix. How much brain do you need to reset the account?
