@VodafoneIN, I have never seen this much bad network in kerala in the past 2 months. Whoever using Voda is complaining that the network is worst. But still nothing happens to improve. This makes to change the provider.. Disappointed with your service.. 😔

@VodafoneIN Yes, Vodafone 4g used to be good for me in january.But, last 2 days i've been here,inside my home 4g is super bad.Though used to get high speeds in the beginning.Well, out in the roads too sometimes even gaana app stopped streaming due to slow speed.I'd be glad if u do sumthing.

Such a poor experience @VodafoneIN @Idea , unable to hear voice, poor call quality, disconnects @TRAI, at least two tries need to speak to someone. Heavily diaappointed.

@ViCustomerCare Worst telecom operator. Even worse customer service. After recharging for full amount sms is stopped arbitrarily and VI store has no clue. They are guessing documents might have issues when actually the number was working fine for several years.

@ViCustomerCare my sim was not working visited vi gandhinagar br to replace with new sim i was forced to recharge for rs 70. Instead actual cost of₹ 50. More over i had to wait for 10 minutes even there were 4 staff sitting free .Due to law quality of sim i face this issue
