    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK i chose #Redx plan just coz of better data speed. But i am getting lesser speed than prepaid. Call drops in ever call. No one is listening in customer care too.

    @airtelindia i want to switch into Airtel from @VodafoneIN .. Because Vodafone network so bad in my room... Now I decide to change my provider... Back again in Airtel... After use both Idea and Vodafone...

    @ViCustomerCare U r not at all interested u could have revoked the sms services once Trai has guided u. Instead u opted to fight, there will a solution. If not this month we will port out from @ViCustomerCare next month. People will not bear u for more time

    @ViCustomerCare I already sent emails and had a call with VI representative and everytime I got reply asking me to recharge from 290 to 129 to 128! I have been with Vodafone when it was celforce and hutch and Vodafone with many connections; and this is how you treat us now! Very sad!

    @harinatarajan31 @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare From may 2021 every month my balance is getting deducted in the name of sports pack which I never subscribed, today I observed I got call from +918879983333 I answered the same since it was IVR promotional call I disconnected the same and 5 rs deducted

    @ViCustomerCare 4 months since my no. was discontinued without any prior information. Couldn't visit the store physically earlier since I was abroad. Now that I have visited the store, the staff states that Rs. 7500 is required for reactivation. Extremely disappointing service!

    @ViCustomerCare My mobile number has been unreachable after I entered India , I tried reinserting the sim & manually change network, nothing helps .Can you please look asap ,I am unable to do anything without active number.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @UfterYou Trying to convert a deactivated no. to prepaid but your vi mini store in guduvancheri says it can be converted only to postpaid.Received call from one of your customer care agent saying that it can be converted to prepaid with some other vi store.
