    @ViCustomerCare till date I was able to use 4g on my existing idea sim. Now the customer care says you need to change the sim from near by vi store. You are only increasing the e-waste rather then your service. #environment @consumerforum_

    and then, there's @ViCustomerCare. keep slapping me with overdue charges even though it's an issue on their end. my mobile data never works and their customer reps are just unprofessional.

    @Realrakesh1993 @LangaMahesh @ViCustomerCare Hmm.. Actually I wanted to say GTPL not GPTL.I hope u meant the same too.But in Baroda they have excellent service TBH.Whenever I 've complained them , they have resolved at max in 8 hours & maybe bcoz 'ry r 'ving HQ in Guj thats why

    @ViCustomerCare really disappointed 😞 by online sim delivery system It's been long I have placed order but still there is no sim delivery there is no communication from VI And no proper reply by customer service no.s I just wish a refund or asap delivery

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Yes I appreciate your ideas but there should be network in her mobile. Otherwise she would not be able to call or text anyone for help when she is in danger. Keep that in mind. Worst indoor coverage, call drops while travelling, network outages...Vi
