    @airtelindia i want to switch into Airtel from @VodafoneIN .. Because Vodafone network so bad in my room... Now I decide to change my provider... Back again in Airtel... After use both Idea and Vodafone...

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @TRAI_OHD I talk to ms ZEHRA SAYYED  at 10.30 am about the resolution of data speed. I was not satisfied with her and when I said to transfer the call to senior authority she said 'here only I am senior' she has no knowledge about any service.

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK i chose #Redx plan just coz of better data speed. But i am getting lesser speed than prepaid. Call drops in ever call. No one is listening in customer care too.

    @Airtel_Presence Thanks... I'm jumping into dm. @ViCustomerCare kamchoro isse kehte hai customer ko service dena. Within 2minutes they have replied to my tweet. And I've been complaining to you to resolve my network issue since last 4+ months and you lazy people have not solved it yet.

    @ViCustomerCare very bad experience as recharge of rs 78 done for 89 days caller tune recharge successfuly done but still it shows it is chargeable very bad experience customer support fail to resolve it very disappointed with VI services
