    It’s obnoxious that there is no service if @VodafoneIN in 4 bungalows. Have put many many complaints still no action taken till. It’s been more than year I have requesting them for proper connection. Seems high fine I change my Service provider. It’s been 16 years i stuck we them

    @JioCare @reliancejio I already have a prepaid connection from Jio. But do you'll even port nos of other service providers coz then I have a @VodafoneIN number to port but it's a postpaid connection and I would need even international roaming service activated at certain time of the year.

    @ekbottlebeer @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Using jio prepaid as secondary connection. All unlimited plans have FUP limit on calls to Non-Jio users. Thrice had to recharge before plan expired since limit was exhausted. Ek ka network nahi hota, dusra call karne nahi deta.

    @ViCustomerCare Was able to speak with customer care, I was told that I can't send sms even with balance because sms service is enable only when I recharge for more than ₹128. Not many use SMS, I had to use it for UPI registration, so just for that one SMS once, you want me to spend ₹128?

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for your reply. As mentioned that we can raise complan via Vi support. I have raised concern ystryday. Still I didn't see any initiative or any sort of improvement. Don't think raising complain over VI app will make much difference.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India it's the 6th day that I've been waiting to get network on my primary sim. They won't fix it, won't let me talk to their network team, won't refund my balance so that I can port out of their crappy network. Please register a complaint.
