    @VodafoneIN Your team is working and I am hearing this for last 1 month. I've called 199, sent mails to customer care with snapshot of the error messages, even raise the complaint on twitter,yet no reply wht a.m number is not getting activated

    @VodafoneIN Put a option of deactivation of services too on Vodafone whatsapp services. Easy customer the struggle of getting any request activated with your Vodafone services.

    @ViCustomerCare You have got all the info you need. Your colleague who called got additional info that you don't even need. The issue is on your system where you have locked our number to Western circle only and that is what you need to fix. How much brain do you need to reset the account?

    @ViCustomerCare Why it is very difficult to talk to a human. My mother’s sim is not working it’s dead. She need new sim, She has tried your customer care no. But Stupid IVR options just made things worse for her. Poor 62 year old

    @ViCustomerCare 9888250746 my outgoing and internet service is Stopped due to another number bill payment pending but after bill payment still i face the same problem. Customer care said it will take time up to 28th September 6pm unable to start your outgoing calls service. ????
