    Dear @VodafoneIN even after having over 200 GB of unutilised data i am facing data connectivity and usage issue.. made multiple complain but to not relief... If this is the way you gonna service customers then I guess it's time to say goodbye...

    @VodafoneIN your network has gone bad to worst. I only receive 1 or 2 bars in range. Also your 4G works like 2G. You need to improve or we need to change operator the only options for us.

    @VodafoneIN Since Jan2019 I haven’t received any assistance/ resolution to my complaints. All what I get is.. maximum optimisation has been done to enhance the network in your area... that’s it! And guess what after 3 max optimisations, still the same. No network!

    Today I have exchange a old idea sim to new vi sim (5:20p.m). Employee said your sim will work in 2 hrs . Still now no updates on sin no signal nothing is working due to this unable to use Paytm etc all accounts. Very bad behaviour VI @ViCustomerCare)
