    Story of a struggling postpaid network! My @Idea network used to work well. After sum tym, only @VodafoneIN tower was shown, It showed full network but call in/out didn’t work. paid all bills. now they changed company name to #Vi, tower shows ‘Vi is here’ but still calls r not!

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia , @VodaIdea_NEWS Dear Vi CustomerCare Team, it is ridiculous to see that when my concern is not addressed to then why is Vi charging me late payment fees. The bill amount sent to me is disputed and till my issue is not resolved why are you charging late fees.
