    @ViCustomerCare Done. Timeline update: 2 weeks calls to customer care - Complaints raised. Complaints - Exceeded TAT. Vi gallery visit on a week-off: 1 hour and counting.... Tweeeeet - Asked to DM DM done and waiting.....

    @ViCustomerCare I have been having an issue. Everytime i sent a SMS my network drops then comes to 2g then to 4g. Why this issue ? I can show this over a video too.

    @ViCustomerCare When??? I was once a vi postpaid customer and had issues which were never resolved for more than 4 months hence I ported out to Jio Nov 2020. Now I have a new vi prepaid number(was planing to use it for a couple of months) hope to see a timely resolution this time at-least!

    @ViCustomerCare This is not only my problem, it is also the problem of my village and nearby villages, you have your mobile tower in my village but at least once in 10 to 15 days there is no network for 24 to 48 hours.But you will not solve this problem, this problem is not there from today.     @ViCustomerCare I have requested to port my number to Airtel today, and have received over 5 calls from Vodafone not to port. Thrice, during your calls to me, the calls have dropped. That is THE reason I am switching. The call quality in Bangalore is terrible.
