    @ViCustomerCare Why the hell are your customer service agents using Dark Patterns to prevent porting? 😡 @DoT_India please take note. Vi is calling customers and telling them to send “CANCEL” to 1900 which will end up cancelling a porting request instead of allowing them to port

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare Dear Team, would like to draw your attention towards, fooling tactics used by Vodafone and request some action on the same. VI have suddenly started removing the sms service from all their basic recharge packs and have not even kept any standalone sms pack.
