@VodafoneIN when it comes to paying bills, I receive 1000 of SMSs and calls to pay my bills but when it comes to providing service these people seems disappear. I really plan to switch my network as it is very expensive and giving extremely poor service. #vodafonenetworksucks

@ViCustomerCare @Sudhirelx Vi you should improve your network instead of begging your user to remain with you. I recently ported out 20 vi sim because of poor indoor coverage. I have waited for long 6 months I saw vi made false promises everytime so I switch all my family member sim to jio.
